Staff made sure we were safe and secure during Cyclone Lola arrival by supplying towels, flashlights, water. Meals delivered to our room during that unsafe time. Hotel has a generator in case of power outage.

Mike sam and family were extremely welcoming in their home, and you could tell they put genuine effort into making our stay comfortable and memorable. The tree house is awesome with a great view, the functional toilet is a luxury. Would happily stay for much longer in this beautiful part of Tanna. I met loads of other travelers here and Edie, Eva, and everyone else do a phenomenal job to make sure everyone is comfortable. It was a great place to socialize and connect with people in Port Vila to go on trips with or just hang out with. Definitely recommend if you’re visiting Vanuatu as a backpacker or someone on a budget.
