The hotel is spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping, and the quality of furniture and fittings is of a very high standard. The staff are all great, helpful, courteous, and friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. Anyone wishing to visit Kyiv and seeking a lovely boutique hotel would be well advised to stay at the Queen Bee, I enjoyed my stay here and I will be returning in future.

I have never had a better staff or service in Ukraine or elsewhere than this hotel. I came in like a nuclear bomb - my businesses at home were literally on fire - and the front desk staff not only dealt with a flaming insane Irish American, but also did it with professionalism, courtesy, respect, and empathy. Oksana is so good at her job, I would hire her to do mine. Cannot recommend this spot enough. Great maids, great facilities, fantastic restaurant and location, and all around excellent price and service.

The socket was very close by to the bed , so I can charge my phone very comfortable. I had a small fridge in the room . The staff was very helpful and friendly . Fresh and clean bed linen and towels . Breakfast was also very nice and tasty.
