Located in Dubai, 2.9 miles from Burj Khalifa, DAMAC Maison Aykon City Dubai provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a restaurant. Everything was great, amazing buffet breakfast with view of burj Khalifa, 3 big pools, all heated to a lovely temperature. Free sauna and gym was a plus. Room was great, very big comfy bed, nespresso coffee machine, washer/dryer etc. Cleaning staff Anil, Akash and Kusang were very helpful with requests for extra sugar, shower gel etc. The front of house team are really professional. We took a couple of excursions organised through the hotel which were well organised.

Our stay at the hotel was outstanding - we would give it an 11 out of 10! We had originally booked a deluxe room, but we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a deluxe suite, which was truly phenomenal. The hotel's location is superb, arguably the best in the Marina area, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. In particular, Vinay at the reception made our trip truly memorable. We highly recommend trying the breakfast, especially the heavenly avocado toast with salmon. We also had a fantastic time biking around the marina area using the free bikes provided by the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a must-visit for anyone in the area.

The location is spot on with numerous beach clubs within an easy walk.

Everything is excellent. Relaxed and agile atmosphere. Nice cafe and affordable. Free Sony playstation room! Kind and supportive qazaq and turkish receptionists. Obviously I rate the maximum this hotel in terms of convenience to stay in Expo city, not as Dubai city exploration or other purposes.
