There was no breakfast, yet it was advertised as having it for the booking. Huge disappointment. I liked the spaciousness of the room, the fireplace in the room, and I liked the fireplace in lobby. I did not like being in the Island village location so much for a room though as it was very noisy from the tourists and music outside the room.

Very nice people and clean nice rooms. Perfect location!!
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.

There is so much to do here, but planning ahead is key to enjoying your stay. We went to see the pirates dinner show and it was fantastic. We also went to the New Years Eve celebration at the Island. They provides lots of rocking chairs, but if don't get there early, bring your own chair so that your not standing for the whole time. Also dress warm and maybe even bring a blanket. The water/light show was awesome and the live bands that played were very, very good.

Dollywood was magical, would highly recommend!
Dollywood was magical, would highly recommend! We loved The Island for New Year's, with the fireworks and the amazing ferris wheel! Did some hiking in the Smokies, Laurel Falls was a nice trip. I would say overall I would definitely go back, but not in December, too crowded.

Pidgeon Forge is a tourist town that didn't seem to have too much else to offer. The strip was reminiscent of every other tourist town that I've been to in North America; cut and paste was a term used a lot. There's a huge choice of food catering to every budget and taste. I was happy that it wasn't all American fare. There are many attractions that although great, didn't make sense for the town.
My biggest gripe is that you can't walk the town, you need to drive everywhere.
I wouldn't stay in Pigeon Forge again and TBH if I had read a review like this one, I would have stayed in Gatlinburg 15 min away where, although there was a similar cut-and-paste tourist attractions in a can, the town and sights were walkable.
Visit Pigeon Forge for the day on your way to somewhere else.

There is so much to do at reasonable prices.
There is so much to do at reasonable prices. It's like the Hollywood strip, but less traffic and more affordable. Something interesting to see everywhere you look. We enjoyed Wonderworks. You can't tell what you can do there when you first walk in. They need to give people maps instead of just holding one up for us to take a picture. But just walk through the tunnel and discover the many activities. We also went to the Titanic museum. The staff are dressed authentically, and know their parts well. It was a touching memorial to the event, as well as an educational experience. You could use an audio device that describes each display or someone who was there, or you could read the information on the walls. A beautiful recreation. And you connect with the people who were aboard the Titanic by receiving a synopsis about them, and wait to find out their fate. We ate at the Local Goat, it was classy-comfortable. Everything is on the "Parkway". That was a little confusing when looking up the addresses for the GPS in order to get there. I wish they had given that street a better name. Pigeon Forge Parkway, perhaps? Pigeon Forge definitely has something for all ages. I traveled with an older teen, and they didn't feel like it was too young or too old for them. I will definitely bring more family next time to enjoy other venues. Makes a great vacation.

Dining & shows are just too expensive.
Dining & shows are just too expensive. Loved all the Christmas lights! Liked the Winter Wonderland path, but would have liked distance markers to show where we were on the path. Ate at Calhouns, Flapjacks, Apple Barn, JT Hannigans, Local Goat. Local Goat was just okay, and their parking area is a nightmare. Normal favorites are Sawyers for breakfast, Calhouns and Hucks for dinner.

Amazing location, only a couple of minutes from Downtown Pigeon Forge, but also so quiet up in the hills.
Sweet Serenity is a beautiful accommodation with everything you would need.
The extras like the hot tub and Arcade table really made this an amazing option for the price!.
It being fall and seeing all the Autumnal colours just added to an amazing vacation!.
Loved the location of the hotel and our room. We had close access to the pool, fitness room, whirlpool, breakfast, was very convenient! The staff was very helpful. We had to arrive very late because of a family emergency and when I requested a late checkout they kindly obliged!
Location was good, plenty of parking available. Check in staff were friendly. Breakfast was fine. Hotel room a good size. Plenty of hot water for a shower. Indoor pool and outdoor fires look great.
Hotel is right on the parkway. Very convenient location. Main lobby area was clean. Value for price and length of stay was not bad. Rooms were what I expected.
Breakfast felt veryyyyyy short. No fresh fruits. No toasts or bread. I've never been at a hotel without that!
always the same
Service was awesome though.
