We loved everything, the room was wonderful, very clean, and plenty of towels provided for the stay. Also thr shampoo and conditioner provided smelled nice and seemed like good quality, we really didn't need to use our own. The hot tub could have bern a little warmer and the indoor pool, but there slides were awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location, staff was great, very comfortable.
Pigeon Forge is a family entertainment hotbed in the Great Smoky Mountains. Though ‘great’ is quite an understatement, as the sight of blue mist hovering above forested peaks is simply breathtaking.
The most famous attraction is undoubtedly Dollywood, where a steam train puffs around a host of rides and shows in a theme park named after country legend Dolly Parton. Within the grounds is the Southern Gospel Museum and Hall of Fame, and next door are pools and waterslides at Dolly’s Splash Country.
Cowboy boots should be at the ready for the singer’s Dixie Stampede dinner theatre and the Country Tonite Theater, and toe-tapping is also virtually guaranteed at the Grand Majestic Theater and Smoky Mountain Opry.
The Old Mill is a wooden watermill on the Little Pigeon River, once part of a forge complex which sparked the town’s name. Also by the river are some Pigeon Forge outlet malls and the NASCAR SpeedPark which hosts car and truck events. The Elvis Museum houses memorabilia of ‘The King’ while the Titanic Museum is a floating, half-size replica of the doomed ship.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and with Booking.com’s great deals on pet-friendly hotels and cheap motels on Pigeon Forge Parkway, you might just be tempted to do what the town’s sign requests: Y’all come back.
Pidgeon Forge is a tourist town that didn't seem to have too...
Pidgeon Forge is a tourist town that didn't seem to have too much else to offer. The strip was reminiscent of every other tourist town that I've been to in North America; cut and paste was a term used a lot. There's a huge choice of food catering to every budget and taste. I was happy that it wasn't all American fare. There are many attractions that although great, didn't make sense for the town.
My biggest gripe is that you can't walk the town, you need to drive everywhere.
I wouldn't stay in Pigeon Forge again and TBH if I had read a review like this one, I would have stayed in Gatlinburg 15 min away where, although there was a similar cut-and-paste tourist attractions in a can, the town and sights were walkable.
Visit Pigeon Forge for the day on your way to somewhere else.

There is so much to do at reasonable prices.
There is so much to do at reasonable prices. It's like the Hollywood strip, but less traffic and more affordable. Something interesting to see everywhere you look. We enjoyed Wonderworks. You can't tell what you can do there when you first walk in. They need to give people maps instead of just holding one up for us to take a picture. But just walk through the tunnel and discover the many activities. We also went to the Titanic museum. The staff are dressed authentically, and know their parts well. It was a touching memorial to the event, as well as an educational experience. You could use an audio device that describes each display or someone who was there, or you could read the information on the walls. A beautiful recreation. And you connect with the people who were aboard the Titanic by receiving a synopsis about them, and wait to find out their fate. We ate at the Local Goat, it was classy-comfortable. Everything is on the "Parkway". That was a little confusing when looking up the addresses for the GPS in order to get there. I wish they had given that street a better name. Pigeon Forge Parkway, perhaps? Pigeon Forge definitely has something for all ages. I traveled with an older teen, and they didn't feel like it was too young or too old for them. I will definitely bring more family next time to enjoy other venues. Makes a great vacation.

Dining & shows are just too expensive.
Dining & shows are just too expensive. Loved all the Christmas lights! Liked the Winter Wonderland path, but would have liked distance markers to show where we were on the path. Ate at Calhouns, Flapjacks, Apple Barn, JT Hannigans, Local Goat. Local Goat was just okay, and their parking area is a nightmare. Normal favorites are Sawyers for breakfast, Calhouns and Hucks for dinner.

We have the experience staying at riverchase Lodge.
We have the experience staying at riverchase Lodge. That was a total joke the toilet leaked the beds were horrible The bed sheets were yellow. The carpet had such bad stains in it. The whole place stunk like sewer. The bathroom fan did not have a cover on it The heat didn't work in the bathroom. The most important thing of all the Wi-Fi was not there like they said. Nor did the TV work we ask repeatedly please fix the TV we have a black screen. They said no can't do that it's just the weather. I do not recommend staying at River Chase Lodge. Pigeon forge was a great thing I went to Dollywood and on the Riverwalk and that was very exciting. Always dreaded going back to that room it was dread. Like death

Stayed here several times, it's an ok place to stay. Nothing over the top, but not as run down as some of the other hotels in the area. It's not my most favorite place to stay but it'll do.
Hotel is right on the parkway. Very convenient location. Main lobby area was clean. Value for price and length of stay was not bad. Rooms were what I expected.
