It was very clean the staff was wonderful. We left for a while and came back to our room door being open:( which made us feel uneasy the rest of our stay. There was nothing taken. Although it was close to the airport and a couple of good places to eat, there wasn't much else. We had to get a lyft to get to Pier 39, which was over 30 minutes away. We loved that we were able to do our laungry before heading home. It was very pretty with all the flowers.

Good location if you’re coming or going from SFO. Although if you need to take a taxi or Lyft to/from the airport, it’s about $30 each way. Security is handled well. Checkout process came to us rather than needing to go to the office and wait at a desk. The owners have succeeded updating a classic motel to a nice little inn.

Wonderful quiet location with walking distance to shops. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Only 20 dollars back to the Airport. Room was a good size and bed very comfortable. The whole place was clean and tidy. Recommend Zorba Pizza/pasta restaurant very friendly and great food, amazing pizza and also rated best pizza international.

For stay in such a high-end hotel you would’ve thought we would’ve gotten free breakfast a muffin was 5 to 7 dollars you had to pay for water you had to pay many dollars for a piece of fruit lousy customer service at breakfast specifically, I shouldn’t have to go to an outside restaurant to get my breakfast

We attended the Millbrae Street Fair which was about 3 blocks away. A beautiful city, very clean.
This hotel was very clean and attractive. Nice decor.

Great hotel if you need to stay near the airport for an early flight. The airport shuttle was really handy, and basically runs 24 hours. The walk to the BART station and nearby food places was pretty easy, but might be difficult if you have mobility challenges. Also, one of the elevators was broken when we stayed there, so that was pretty annoying as there were a lot of people staying in the hotel. There are a couple of grocery stores nearby too, as the food and snacks for purchase in the lobby were insanely overpriced.
The hotel is about 2 miles from the airport and I neglected to ask about a shuttle, my fault but it cost me an additional $25 coming and going to stay here. I would have stayed at a different airport hotel had I checked ahead. The hotel was fine, staff was great, rooms were fine and it was full the night I stayed there.
Comfortable, spacious and quiet room. Good location near San Francisco International Airport with free frequent shuttle bus service to/from the hotel. Ideal place to stay if arriving on a late flight or departing on an early morning service. Reasonable room rate for a good airport hotel.
This is my 2nd stay at the Dylan hotel. We love the proximity to SFO and have been able to leave our car there 2x for an additional cost when we travel making it very convenient. It's a great value and very comfortable.
