Located at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodations to travelers. Fantastic location, friendly staff. The hotel is downtown which is great for walking. The hotel bed was comfortable (softer than most Mongolian beds), the room small but everything you need. Good water pressure in the shower. I left too early for breakfast but they arranged for a sandwich for me to take with me. Very good value for money compared to nearby hotels. Would stay here again.

It's the best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Terelj Mountain.

There is a shopping gallery at the ground floor, including food store, where you can buy all you need during your stay. I had to leave earlier and hotel made reimbursement of my advanced paid amount within a few days after my departure. This is very nice and deserves respect. Next time in Mongolia I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
