It is located in a street with low rise buildings that are all coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Rooms are very spacious! And while temperature outside was minus 25°C it was nice and warm inside!

Situated at the prime location and right next to Chinggis Square and the government house, H9 Hotel Nine Ulaanbaatar offers business class accommodation to travellers. Fantastic location, friendly staff. The hotel is downtown which is great for walking. The hotel bed was comfortable (softer than most Mongolian beds), the room small but everything you need. Good water pressure in the shower. I left too early for breakfast but they arranged for a sandwich for me to take with me. Very good value for money compared to nearby hotels. Would stay here again.

Absolute good place to rest Very clean and staffs are kind , location is near to the center square 5-7 min to walk , outside was not too noisy . Should be recommended . Holiday Inn Ulaanbaatar is ideally situated in the Chingeltei district in Ulaanbaatar, 300 metres from Ulaanbaatar Opera House and 15 minutes' walk from Chinggis Khaan Square. We liked everything about the hotel: the room was immaculate, stylish and very quiet, and the staff were exceedingly polite and helpful. We'll definitely come back!
