Location was good, breakfast buffet very nice although they go in panic mode when ordering a cappuccino as it’s an additional charge and they behave as if one was going to to leave without paying it. Since they had my credit card on file and I hadn’t checked out their level of panic (it happened twice) for such a small charge is absurd and insulting.

Great location, friendly staff, and the building has a charming, cozy vibe despite being older. The price is fair for what’s offered.

Punta Arenas is a great town to stay in for a few days.
Punta Arenas is a great town to stay in for a few days. It served as a jumping of point for our visit to Isla Navarino and Torres del Paine Park and various "penguin tours". Nearby hikes and historic sites were also of interest. Restaurants are plentiful and good value. Seafood is the best! Uber is cheap and available for the city.

Smack on the Strait of Magallen, the city has seen it's fair share of sailor history. A great promenade to take walks on, the city is safe, peaceful and lively at the same time. If I could come back to one city, and only one city in Chile, it would be Punta Arenas.

It really is only a place to go to other better places in Patagonia. The restaurant scene is not great and there’s really not much to do there. I’d say use it as a place to stay overnight to go somewhere else but if you do don’t expect to find any great options for food or entertainment.

A great (very windy) city at the end of the world.
A great (very windy) city at the end of the world. Close to breathtaking scenery (Tierra del Fuego, Torres del Paine) and historical sites. The city felt secure. The fish market offers amazing good value dishes (no vegan options:(). There are good walks close to the city (a national park 15 minutes by car). Punta Arenas is easy to navigate on foot if the weather permits - the wind can bowl you over!!!

Great location, near everything in short walking distance. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable bed. They even allowed us to check in a bit earlier than the scheduled time, which was so helpful after an overnight flight. They also provided a taxi driver to pick up at the airport, with a fair price. I would definitively back if I had the opportunity.
Loved to be in the woods before going back to the city life! Very near the airport, compared to Punta Arenas. Cozy wooden cabin atmosphere with wood burning fireplace. Oil electric radiators in the room and vthroom. Plenty of hot water. Nice breakfast, too! Plenty of conversation if you want! Great place. Would defintely go back here if anywhere near
Well located hotel nearby a beautiful square. If you like experiencing historical buildings, it is a nice place to stay.
Large bathroom with a very good shower!
There are plenty of options of good restaurants in a walking distance (10 min away).
I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.
