Gorgeous view looking over Maribor. Charming in that the property also houses horses and it is nice watching young riders train during the day. Room, breakfast all was very nice.

It was a good location, at the centre of Maribor. Staff at the reception was very kind. We had a breakfast that was very good, ordered from a nearby bakery.

Beautiful and cozy city, ideal for walking as the center is compact. I loved the old buildings and narrow streets that add to the romantic atmosphere. Foodies will be happy with the variety of restaurants and bakeries. The friendly swans by the river are an attraction worth visiting.

We loved the restaurant Alexander and the very best accommodation is Hotel Maribor, perfect on every level.

Just stopped for one night to break up a longer journey but really enjoyed Maribor. Lovely old town and river bank with plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants. Ate in Baščaršija a super Balkan restaurant. Very busy but great food and great value so no surprise.
Will definitely go back for a few more days to some more exploring.

The city is clean with very good public transport infrastructure. Very pleasant trips to the surrounding area. Some prices higher than they would be considered to be appropriate, but that could be the result of the top holiday season wisit. Worth to visit.

Nice town, historic buildings. Local ice cream is excellent next to the old bridge. Main square is nice, lot of pubs, few restaurants. Drava river is beautiful! Need a bike to discover the town, as public transport is rare. There is a bike rental service (mbajk), good bikes for cheap price. Traffic is not high, but there were several young speedsters who squealed tires, it was not a safe feeling for pedestrians. I missed EN/DE translations on tables of services, you need google translate to understand even how to part the car or rent a bike. All in all, nice town, worth to spend there a long weekend.

Vila Krista is one of the best places we have been! Beautiful house, cosy and spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, equipped with everything you need. Quiet position with beautiful views of the hills, yet walking distance from Maribor city center. Matej has been super helpful and generous with tips of things to do and see. Thanks for a wonderful stay, and for sharing with us the very interesting history of this special place!
Very sweet and cozy hotel. Room is nice and clean, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is so stylish. Breakfast is good, basic. Having parking in front of the hotel is so convenient. It took couple minutes to the city center by car. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay in Maribor.

Very spacious house in the old town, well equipped, bed is very comfortable, clean rooms with big dining room, kitchen, and terrace.
