Thermostat in our room was broken. No heating on a New Year eve. It took two hours negotiations to get another room, which was much, much, cheaper than the one which I paid for. Some kind of a back up room. Despite that the hotel was not busy at all. No refunds or compensation, not even an apology. I will never stay in it again.

It is amazing city! The best is to visit it for few weeks in the summer. There are a lot of activities - concerts, festivals, movie theaters. There are also nice shopping molls for those who love shopping. It is also nice to be in the Moll when it gets too hot.

Varna is a nice city and there are many things to do: yellow sand beaches are very close, archeologically museum (and some others also) if you like museums as I like, Roman Therme if you like open air archeology sites, shopping places, plenty of restaurants various menu and of course big Varna seaside park, (almost) always green

Veru beautiful city where you can find everything you need. The beach is beautiful, with many cafes, restaurants, and places to have fun and enjoy the beach. The Sea GArden is a huge relaxation place where you can also do tons of fun things with your family. The port is also very nice, it has many restaurants and attractions, it is one hell of an adventurous city.

The beach at Varna is decent, relatively c;lean and water is warm even in colder days. We went to various restaurants that we loved - Martini Bar, El Kaoan, Monkeys, Mr. Baba, Alba, Pette Kishcheta. They are all very different but food was great everywhere. In the two rainier days we just walked the streets and visited the Navy Museum and the Aquarium (they seem to be very popular, especially for families with children). Some of the restaurants on the beachfront aloo have umbrellas and sunbeds for hire - we recommend Monkeys - they were very nice and accommodating.

Hidden gem in Europe if you ask me. Great nightlife consisting of clubs, hip bars, pubs, great (childfriendly/vegetarian/Vegan friendly) restaurants.
Easy to get around.
Great for a long weekend whether it is to party or to just relax on the city beaches.
Yes, it can be cleaner (but so does Rome and Napoli), and yes people can be a bit more friendly and polite (but that's the same everywhere, isn't it?)
All in all, if you travel here, you won't regret it.

Last minute booking. This is a boutique hotel, with a Roman style. The room was small but bright with a chandelier and mirror on the ceiling! Easy to find. You order breakfast the day before at your choice of time and can have it in bed if required. Staff were very friendly. The air-conditioning worked well. The shower was good too.12 minute walk to the beach. Had a small car park if you were traveling by car.

At the beach my wallet and phone were stolen and the hotel owner helped me a lot. He went to the police station with me to translate, arranged a taxi to the embassy, and helped buy me a sim card and phone
Good place for couples. Continental breakfast. The hotel is in the nature near the delphinarium. The beach is 10 min walk away. The room is nice and clean.
