First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.

We only had an evening in Seeb.
We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish.
Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

Very clean, comfortable and efficient. Reception staff were helpful.
We used it as a 2 night stay before and after Dimanyiat island trip then headed off to the desert. It is ideally placed for Al Mouq marina for the trips, this is also a good place to find good at night and reasonably priced.
There is a Chinese restaurant at the hotel with good food.
I really liked the hotel, clean, renovated, good Wi-Fi, the sea is 200 meters away, very responsible and polite staff - I want to mention Sarisa and Natty - very nice girls at the reception, they put me in an excellent room overlooking the sea and helped me with information on Oman. I recommend this hotel.
Excellent small hotel close to the airport. Complimentary shuttle from/to the airport. Very helpful staff. Organised a taxi for us to go into Muscat. Good breakfast and great little coffee shop with nice cappuccino and cinnamon rolls. Nice pool. I hope we can return for another weekend soon.
The location: close to the Seeb marina anf fish market but far from Muscat center. Many good restaurants nearby.
Large room and comfy bed.
