First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks
No facilities for fun or family activities
No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive
No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out.
2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement.
3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024.
Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.
Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center!
There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.

We only had an evening in Seeb.
We only had an evening in Seeb. It was a vibrant and busy place after the quiet of the mountains. We had a superb fish supper on the coast road - we had a choice of several fish.
Seeb is close enough to the airport to make it an easy trip.

A very comfortable stay at Remas. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. The pool is well maintained. Above all, the hotel is very close to some of the major institutions in Muscat like the Airport, Sultan Qaboos University and a few other private higher education institutions. They also provide a fully furnished kitchen which is very helpful. A restaurant and a cafe are functional at the property.
The location was great. Only hotel in the area. Was good to stop between Ras al jinz and further south surfing at asilah.
Very kind staff.
Nice rooms with view our to sea. Bed very comfortable.
Didn't use the pool or communal areas but they looked nice.

Room was clean and there were clean linens, bed was comfortable. Basic hotel, but good value for money for a short trip. Not far from the airport, good connectivity.
