The location is amazing. It is close to the only Prometric testing center in Vancouver (~6 min walk). The restaurant opens at 6:30AM, and food was reasonably priced for the location.

I had a small patio with half harbour/half city view. The bed was super comfy. The person checking me in was very accomplished. I asked for a quiet room, and I don’t think there was anyone on either side of me.

This had to be one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at. The room was perfect - beautiful decor, a comfortable lounge area, amazing views, and modern amenities (i.e., heated bathroom floors and remote-controlled blinds were a nice touch). The staff was friendly and helpful. Kudos to the front desk team for remembering your name and making you feel welcomed.

Vancouver is an outdoorsy city ranking among the world’s most livable, sheltered by Vancouver Island and the Pacific Range mountains. The most famous peak, Grouse Mountain, is a favorite spot for hiking and skiing. Take the cable car up for magnificent views of the city's skyscrapers and huge Stanley Park.
Skirting this park is the Seawall, a popular biking trail with paths passing the Vancouver Aquarium, picnic spots and a pitch and putt course. There are also a couple of beaches, but the best ones are along English Bay in Kitsilano.
Granville Island is just across False Creek from Yaletown and houses some quirky shops and markets. Ferries depart from here to near BC Place Stadium and home field of the city’s football and soccer teams. The legendary Vancouver Canucks ice hockey team play next door at Rogers Arena.
With the largest Chinatown in North America, Gastown is the oldest part of Vancouver and is near the Canada Place cruise ship terminal.
We could go on and on about British Columbia's biggest city, but we could never do it justice, so why not try it for yourself? Booking.com has a fabulous range of accommodations, from hotels near Vancouver Airport in Richmond to downtown B&Bs and motels near all of its ferry ports.
Beautiful city. Many places to visit and many things to do in the area. Great for people that like to spend time outdoors. It is too bad, however we that many people live on the street, are drug addicts, leaving the visitors with a bitter taste for the poverty of some.

Lovely city with a lot of interesting places within walking distance but also within bus journey or car drive. But it is quite expensive, so a week long stay was long enough for that reason. Hiring a bike was great to be able to go around seawall in Stanley Island and to see the Totem poles.

Location was good for seeking food and groceries as we were leaving for a cruise from this hotel. The bathroom was smaller than expected and room was larger than expected. View was nice as well as the balcony. There wasn't ice on every floor. Would have been nice if they offered water on check in and free lobby fresh brewed coffee but they did not.

We thought Vancouver was beautiful, very clean, easy to get around and lots of things to see and do. We stayed in West End and found it charming, an easy walk to quite a few areas - especially loved Davie St ‘village’, a strip of shops and eateries of great variety and character. Not a cheap city to visit, but well worth it.

Vancouver is a fun and vibrant international city.
Vancouver is a fun and vibrant international city. Costs are high - but less than they appear once you consider US vs Canadian dollars. Traffic can be intense and adds considerable time to trips to visit sites.

Vancouver is such a neat city with so much to offer!
Vancouver is such a neat city with so much to offer! The bike paths and lanes throughout the city make it so easy to explore! The train system is also easily accessible right from the airport dropping you downtown! Beautiful city would definitely come back
Great location on Robson St - easy walking to everywhere. Stayed on the 28th floor & could see 5 snow-capped mountains from the lounge chair :) Our room was big, very comfortable & clean. Serviced every day & the staff were fabulous. We felt safe, at home & had everything we needed (except laundry facilities) for our 8 day stay.
HIGHLY recommend the hotel, especially the location. If we ever come back to Vancouver, I wouldn't hesitate staying at the Blue Horizon hotel again.
The location was exceptional. A fantastic location in Vancouver. Walking distance to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Canada Place and many other surrounding areas. Very close to IGA Shopping Center, Pharmacy, Shopping and Food. Location is perfect. The Hotel was remarkable. Absolutely beautiful. Rooms were generous size. Pool area beautiful. Laundry facilities. Hotel was lovely. Staff were friendly.
Maybe a little pricey for what it is (although it is Vancouver after all) but if you’re looking for a “cheaper” place to stay that is pretty well located, this is really good. Walking distance from waterfront and aquataxi, small but cute rooms and fun rooftop patio area. Also right beside a little pho restaurant that had the best spring rolls I’ve ever had
This place is excellent value if you're looking more for an actual apartment than a hotel room and has a great location for the nightlife lovers. Staff was very helpful. One of my top choices for downtown stays in Vancouver
My stay at St Clair Hotel-Hostel was as expected. The price was good, in comparison to other accommodation options in Downtown Vancouver. The location was also convenient!
