Clean hotel with a good view. Staff were good . i did a lot of hiking so came back tired to a good bed to sleep in and nice shower facilities. Got upgraded and room had a great green view of the mountains in the background. Recommend this hotel for its price value!

this is truly the best hotel i have stayed in in a quite a while. incredibly kind, gentle and helpful staff, especially the young lady without eyeglasses(she deserves a pay raise). the breakfast buffet was amazing. it's even better having it out on the patio that overlooks the whole Sapa town.

Lovely location especially if you love nature, mountains and greenery. I did a lot of hiking through the rice terraces which was the best part of my trip. Enjoyed my time at Sunworld Fansipan. Food is a bit expensive but resonable for the area. It’s a very hilly area so you can get tired walking, and can opt for taxi but can be expensive. Recommend doing a home stay (can book through booking.com or Airbnb - find Sue‘s homestay) and experience local hospitality

i liked the town , not hot like in Hanoi , nice to walk and many opportunities to tray local north food .
there are many nice restaurants , The tourist attractions are just tourist attractions but the cable car even if it is expensive it is very interesting just to see where they built it , the view is impressive . i also liked to talk with some women from the mountains ethnic groups , just to learn something about their life . Nature around is fantastic.

Lovely and cute town, nice weather. Didn't rain much when we were around Sa Pa. Easy to get around with lot of transport options. Nice people and good vibe of the town.
We would definitely avoid the day journey transfers from Hanoi to Sa Pa and vice versa. Overnight journeys would be productive I feel.

Cool retreat from heat of Hanoi, unique for minority tribe presence which gives a unique vibe to this small town making itself totally unique.
Highlights for Sapa: trekking surrounding nature and minority tribes villages, relax and slow down in small town, cable car to Fansipan and traditional black Hmong culturak show in CatCat village
The room was clean and spacious! There were soap dispensers provided in the toilet :)
Location is great. Fairly near the city centre and walkable to the Sapa Station for the monorail to Fansipan. The biggest shop for coats, bags, shirts and shorts located opposite this hotel was my favourite place to visit hahahah.
Staff are really friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet is pretty decent with options ranging from western, Chinese and Vietnamese food.
Sorry but I can’t say much good about this hotel, although they asked me to give them a 10 star review. This is not how it works. The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful but it wasn’t enough. I waited writing this review to see first how other hotels in Vietnam will be and if it is like this in general, but most other ones were very good. My recommendation is to try to maintain your property instead of asking for good reviews!
This is a wonderful hotel with super friendly staff who were attentive and helpful (even teaching us Vietnamese)! We stayed in a bungalow close to the main property that was elegant and cosy with stunning views of Mt Fanxipan!
