Pretty basic hotel, ambiance isn't great but it was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the staff was kind and helpful. Great location, breakfast was pretty good considering how basic the hotel is! There was a a buffet of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, ranging from tasty to decent, plus a selection of yogurts, toast and jam. Gluten free bread and non-dairy milks were available by request.

It was lively, good nightlife with plenty to see and do during the daytime. Lots of places and choice of restaurants and bars. Long stay parking was a bit of a pain because you have to go out of the town.

Brighton is a delightful city, full of lovely architecture, great shopping, friendly people, and a variety of things to see and do. The bus service is cheap, easy, reliable and again, friendly! We only used it to go from the centre to Hove, but we always got a seat, and it works like the Tube - just tap your phone or card. I'd read reviews saying there were a lot of beggars and homeless folk, but saw very few. The prom is clean and tidy with a variety of little indy shops accessible from the lower prom.
We visited the Sealife Centre, the i360, and the Royal Pavilion (the latter two using a 'pass' ticket for both which reduced the price) all of which we highly recommend. We also spent time on the beach relaxing. We used delivery apps for food from takeaways, of which there are many. We also had fish & chips from Bankers on Western Road, which were very good.
We will definitely be visiting Brighton again.

We loved the modern interior, new kitchen, excellent location near to all the shops and the beach front, 24 hr car park nearby - Regency Car park, our hosts asking us if we are happy with our apartment and is there anything else we may need to make our stay more comfortable on day 1, great communication leading up to our stay. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay in Brighton and plenty of space unlike some hotel rooms. 10/10 from us thank you
Our stay at Ibis Brighton was good: the room was clean, and the hotel is located in a nice area from where you can go around the city just walking. Also the experience with parking was good: the parking the hotel suggest you is 5 minutes walking from the hotel, you can park your car there and at the end of the stay they will apply 50% discount if you show them the reservation.
Overall this is a lovely hotel. The staff are super friendly and can’t do enough for you. Unfortunately the location although close to the sea, does attract the less desirable elementsof Brighton.
That said we didn’t have any problems
If you decide on a stay at The Charm, do yourselves a favour and book some treatments at the Spa. I had the best massage and facial EVER.
Budget hotel in Brighton with parking which is a rarity. We ended up having to change dates and the hotel were very accommodating. Friendly staff on reception. Room was clean with everything we needed
The location was good, close to seafront and near the main attractions. The twin beds were comfortable. It was the cheapest room we could find in centre of Brighton on a bank holiday weekend.
