The location was almost flawless. Like being in a novel the selection of art on the walls inside and the fairy tail statuary outside blended with the views over the lake. Afternoon tea in the conservatory provided happy emotions. And my adventures in the town nearby and long walks around the neighboring hills were very memorable. The dinning experience at Henrock was excellent as the chef and the trained staff are world class.
Expect the unexpected in this new concept guest house, just 1 minute's walk from Lake Windermere and its beautiful bustling village of Bowness-on-Windermere, the heart of the English Lake District.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Fellview. The owners are so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and we had a great night's sleep. Very central location, only a few minutes walk down the road to Bowness on Windermere. Free parking outside the guest house. We would 100% recommend and look forward to staying again soon.
Bowness Guest House is exceptional! Stylish, immaculately clean, phenomenal showers and the warmest of welcomes. You have absolute freedom to come and go with your own key fob and it is so near to Bowness on Windermere high street, yet just far enough away to be peaceful. Utter bliss.
The hotel location was superb with the best spa facilities I have ever experienced, the staff were exceptional. I have never had such world class service in my entire lifetime and I travel a lot with work.
I am planning to visit the hotel again very soon
The hotel has a nostalgic air and has spectacular views of the lake. Conveniently located, near the lake-side and also nearby village with many restaurants/cafes/convenience stores.
