Plenty to do in Malaysia, PJ or elsewhere, esp if you are from America, Europe and have not experienced Asia. Just shopping, eating and walking about without going to any specific sites is enough. The malls are amazing, the service is largely great in Malaysia and the prices reasonable. Factor more time for travel in between places and the Grab App is great for booking cabs etc. though traffic jams at peak hours can be long sometimes. Travel times are averagely 20-30 minutes. Train system is also clean and comfortable, though waiting times are a tad long. Some areas in PJ are not so pedestrian friendly.

Good food everywhere, you may find good and affordable classics like chicken rice, pork noodles, western food, japanese food here.
Plenty of mall to walk around, best thing about Petaling Jaya is that taking a short train trip (45 mins+) will bring you to the heart of KL.

The eight-lane highway is quite loud and disturbing both day and night, making it nearly impossible to leave the window open. Actually, the window does not seal perfectly, which also contributes to the loudness at night. As a result, we've been having terrible sleep every night due to the noise from the passing vehicles on the highway.

Great services from Munna property manager and housekeeping...
Great services from Munna property manager and housekeeping services. Room cleaned daily or whenever we wanted, with linen change, toothbrushes and toothpaste replenished. Munna was so helpful in telling us how to get around the city, he was so quick in doing what we requested. For example there was no toaster and we got it in minutes after requesting. He took care of our bags on arrival and to the taxi on departure. Great communication from Munna who constantly checked on us if we were alright. He also helped us book grab to get around and going to the airport. Great food around, transport many modes available. I enjoyed travelling in trains, buses taxis and grab. The city centre is beautiful especially the twin towers. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur or anyone wanting to stay around sunway pyramid or having a function at sunway pyramid exhibition centre.

The room is worth the money, clean, safe and can have privacy. For extra ringgit over some budget hotel nearby, you can get a whole studio to yourself, with refrigerators, netflix, proper toilet (with heater), city view, hairdryer, no cockroaches and hangers
Location is central in Petaling Jaya area, easily reachable by driving or by MRT (Asia Jaya). It is also in the same building as the Decathlon sporting goods store which is very affordable sportsgoods store (which is it's negative as well below)
They included breakfast which was kind of unusual for a budget hotel like this. The bed was also comfy which allowed me to sleep well. The location was also quite good, allowing me to get anything I want without going too far.
I like this hotel because the best location. Can go the attractions Sunway Lagoon, Xpark Sunway serena, Kuala Lumpur and also can go to mall like Sunway Pyramid, ioi mall puchong and one utama shopping mall and many more.
