The hotel is not far from International airport. Very nice environment & every staffs are friendly plus helpful. The room is huge & very clean. Housekeeping staff very honest, kind & polite the best hotel I have stays in Chennai. You will never regret. The Japanese restaurant at the basement is very good. I ate almost every meals. The most impressive is the room comes with complimentary Potatoes chips, Seven -Up drink & Good quality biscuit which I have never seen often in many 5 stars hotel I have stayed. IMPRESSIVE! Beautiful City.
Beautiful City. The best part of the city was its cleanliness over other Indian cities. People were decent. Even the mall I visited had decent crowd and was a happening place.
Food is always good in Chennai. We ate at Murugan Idly and it was mouth watering and authentic food.

Chennai is a vibrant city that beautifully blends tradition and modernity. I appreciated its rich cultural heritage, from stunning temples to classical dance performances. The food scene is exceptional, with an array of delicious South Indian cuisine that includes dosas, idlis, and sambar. However, I found the traffic congestion quite challenging, and the waste management in some areas could use improvement. Overall, Chennai is a city full of life, but it can be overwhelming at times.

Tamil people need to grow up little bit. What will happen if they behave tourist friendly?
It shows a bad attitude when they insists to speak only tamil or english and does not cooperate when some one talks Hindi. ( Even they know hindi they dont attempt. This is actually not good. But city is lovely.
One must visit marina beach and Matsyanarayan temple.

Quite dirty city with terrible beaches, dangerous traffic and general lack of sidewalks. Only a few places are worth of visiting there (Snake park/Guindy Natl. Park and Crocodile bank lacated about 10 km to the south of the city). Some temples within the city are nice. A trip to Mahabalipuram (ca. 1 h by bus) is also worth of considering.

Chennai has everything that you need.
Chennai has everything that you need. It was not what I expected. There was a lot of dust around but the city felt much cleaner than Mumbai. Variety of food/restaurants (asian, italian, local ) was available. Shopping was awesome especially at Express Avenue Mall and T Nagar. You can get tradional clothes to western ones for good prices. It felt safe to travel alone at night in uber cabs. The city if more modern than i expected.

We were offered room in Hotel Green Estate. The room was so neat and clean. The room was well equipped and well lit. The service was top notch. 24 hrs room service was awesome. All of the employees were so friendly,welcoming, polite and helpful. They did a good job in making our stay so comfortable. The location of hotel is also in prime location.

The hotel is so easily accessible from the central railway station, and the staff are super friendly. I was there for a couple of days and had a great time. I was a solo traveler, but this place was good that even if I had visited it with my friends or family members, I would have loved it just as much. I am surely considering this place as one of the options next time I am in Chennai.
5th time I take this hotel in Chennai for either 1 or 2 weeks. It's beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Especially the beds are wonderful. The recent possibility to stream Netflix directly on the TV is a nice addition.
Strategic location in Chennai , easy to move around from the hotel. The recent very heavy rain from Cyclone Fengal did not disrupt power and water supply in the hotel. Staffs were very friendly and reliable.
