There are an abundance of activities / excursions, if you find the good quality ones, you will have a great time.
We went on a quad bike adventure in an area that looked like a desert. We enjoyed it so much that when we were approached the day after for another quad adventure we accepted, this time we ended up in tagazhout surrounded by rubble and garbage with two quads waiting for us?
You have to make sure the pictures you are shown are really what you will be seeing when you arrive, false marketing is very common here.
If you are someone who is easily irritated by people that will not leave you alone when you are looking around a store or at the beach when you are trying to relax, this might not be the place for you.
Guys come around with items at the beach and any way you make eye contact, you will have to tell them at least 10 times that you are not interested before they actually leave you alone. If you to the Souk El Had market, the majority of store owners will not let you peacefully have a look at the items on sale, they will jump up and start yelling 'brother look this one this one' completely interrupting any conversation you are in with your friends / partner.
If you do end up going, for breakfast try the piano restaurant's Moroccan breakfast with tomato soup.
For dinner, try the Italian restaurant next to el toro & Jade, I forgot the name but their food is exceptional.
For activities, ask for Ayoub on the beach and do a beard stroking motion while saying Ayoub habibi. He has the best quality activities.
For lounges, try the lounge attached to la suite hotel, it is empty most weekdays but weekends it is full.
Enjoy!

Excellent location on the beach!
Excellent location on the beach! Perfect for relaxation and stress relief!
The sound of the crashing of the waves was incredibly soothing and the walks also the silky soft sand was very therapeutic.
The cable car trip to the old Kasbah city was amazing with breath taking views of Agadir city and beach! Shopping in Souk El Ahad was excellent at reasonable prices. The only downside was that most places did not accept card and only accepted cash which was not very convenient, however the prices were very reasonable!
I would definitely go there again!

Agadir is a progressing city with loads of infrastracture currently being build so its no surprise that there are still empty plot of lands goin to the city centre. But they have given great importance to their history and culture that they preserve it for everyone to see. Their food is quite unique as well and the people always greet you with a smiley face. The beach is their gem. Facing the north atlantic, it is very vast. To roam around the city, you can take their public bus, taxi or use the app Indrive (that is their uber and is cheaper than taxi) but most of the places are just walking distance if you won't mind the sun. A lot of restaurants can be seen in their cornish (bayside), one of them is Nil blue. Very nice restaurant, staffs are very accomodating and food is very tasty. They have moroccan food that you can try.

Agadir is vibrant the people are friendly much calmer place to visit compared to marrakech or casablanca.
Nice place to relax and enjoy the sun.. Souk al Had is vast for the shopping enthusiast but for the adventurous I would recommend visit souk al Houria.
Be prepared for people begging it is a poor country but they are not aggressive as compared to Marrakech..plenty of activities at hand obviously shop around for best prices and haggle..

Great family friendly place to stay.
Great family friendly place to stay. We went for 2 weeks, 1 week in an airbnb and 1 week in a hotel. Kids enjoyed the stay, it was not as hot as we expected and the seafront was always buzzing. Local people are very friendly without much of the harassment you get in other Moroccan touristic cities. Souk has everything you need and the old city, Agadir Oufella has now been refurbished and is great for a trip to learn about the old city as well as great views and photos.

Agadir has a fantastic beach with a vast promenade filled with restaurants and shops. The locals are friendly and accommodating. The souk is nearby and within walking distance from the main highway. The roads are busy and chaotic, and the pedestrian crossings follow different rules than in Europe. Frequently, motorists, mainly motorbikes, will continue even when the light is green for pedestrians to cross, so be extra vigilant.
I recommend the following things to do in Agadir: visit the beachfront, shop in the souk, and take cable cars, which provide great views across the city.
People should be aware of areas around the beach that could be cleaner and have better signage to help people reach the beach from the main highway. There are many beggars and drunks along the approach to the beach without any Police presence.
Overall, most people visit Agadir once, and the only reason to return is the beachfront.

Everything. impressive lobby area the pictures don’t do it justice. great outdoor pool area again much better than pictures. rooms lovely modern and clean. location great next to beach. free kids club and pool towels. good range for breakfast. friendly staff. nicest hotel I have stayed in Morocco in more than 10 trips over the years. I have stayed in much worse 5*s at more than double the price, very good value and I have booked again for May/22.
Buffet is good, probably one of the better ones if you look at the All inclusive concept. Beds are pretty good, definitely better than average in Morocco. The pools are good and clean but the lifeguard does not watch the childerens pool.
I loved the Different options of restaurants so we always had a choice. Also alot of pools so wasn't crowded. Good pool side entertainment. Good selection of drinks for all inclusive. Right on the beach. Beautiful spacious room.
Two bedroom apartment was really very nice. It’s comfortable and new. And it’s more spacious than looks on the pictures.
It’s the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Morocco
