The hotel room was clean, the included breakfast had great variety, and the view on the balcony was amazing, flexible check-in (Make sure you check-in online in advance, otherwise you'll have to wait atleast half an hour before getting the code to aquire your keys), amazing ambiance, and I love making use of their gym.

I liked the size of the room. The ski room was great, and had plenty of places to store gear. I also liked the location and ease of check in. Breakfast was great, and the staff was even better.

We took a chance and showed up a little early to see if our rooms were ready because we drove through snow and rain to get there. One of the rooms was ready but ours was not so they upgraded our room to a suite for free which was very kind of him to do. Let me tell you, when I walked into that room and saw the view, I was more than pleased and super excited. We got settled in then meet up with family in the evening for food and drinks and it was all very good. Breakfast was fantastic as well. Everyone we encountered there was so nice and friendly I would definitely stay there again.

From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area.
From a skiing perspective, it's not the most exciting area. Although it's really easy to reach (we drove in 7,5 hours from the middle of the Netherlands), the town is a bit lower and therefore snow conditions are not perfect in the valley. Mountain snow conditions were a lot better. I can imagine in Summer it's amazing to hike, for skiing it would not be my area of choice, although I can imagine with young kids it's lovely.

The Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze was chosen at random. But...
Fantastic service; on arrival we were welcomed, shown to a large and nice room, presented menu and informed that our dog was welcome in the restaurant.
Lovely food and excellent service; buffet starter, good soup and perfectly cooked lamb. Exceptional service from the waiters. Amazing.
Silence-Sporthotel Zugspitze shows how it can and should be done.
It is hereby recommended.

We travel almost every winter to Ehrwald and Lermoos for skiing. This August was the first time we visited the neighbourhood during summer and it was SO nice! Very beautiful lakes to walk to, kids-friendly, really a must-do during summer holidays.

Amazing town with a beautiful view! We didn’t get to explore it as much as we should have but the tone of the town was relaxing and had an excellent selection of restaurants! The breakfast at our hotel was phenomenal and the dinner at 180 was amazing! Views were beautiful and we walked around the town easily.

Everything was spot on. Beautiful surroundings and a spectacular view a the Zugspitze. The owners and people working at the hotel were really kind and helpful, and you feel welcome instantly. The breakfast made from local ingredients was delicious.
We used the bikes, the free access to the panorama pool 5 minutes away by car. We hiked with the kids at the route very close to the hotel. We relaxed in the garden with the beautiful view in the afternoon.
Highly recommended to all traveling with or without kids.

Perfect location near the lift in the cozy town of Lermoos, great for skiing and hiking. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Friendly and helpful owner.
