WONDERFUL stay. This has got to be the best destination in the Daintree. Wonderful accommodations, relaxing energy, beautiful rainforest, and incredible folks working here. If you are looking for the best spot between Daintree River and Cape Trib this is it.

Charmaine and Robbie were wonderful hosts! They made a delicious and generous breakfast each morning and were able to even accommodate an earlier breakfast on our last day. It was a quiet and peaceful ecolodge-type stay! They also were able to give us recommendations on great things to do in the area.

Easy access to the river for a tour. Pub across the road had excellent food and beverage. Everything you need for a stay.
It’s a rainforest, so it’s not a luxury resort, but it had everything you need.

Daintree Crocodylus is set in a stunning rainforest, with cabins and communal areas thoughtfully integrated into the surroundings, preserving the forest’s natural beauty. Each cabin is surrounded by enough lush vegetation to provide a sense of privacy that really enhances the feeling of being immersed in these ancient woods.
Inside the cabin was cozy and relaxing, though it could benefit from more hooks and a surface to set things on, like a table or shelf.

Very comfortable accommodations in the heart of the Daintree. The huts were clean and comfortable but still offered the "off grid" vibe we were looking for.
Staff is knowledgable and happy to offer advice about the area. 10/10

Excellent value for this area and for what you get. If you get the chance to stay here I recommend three nights! We stayed for 2 nights because that's all there was available. Wonderful staff.

The whole experience from the ferry ride, meandering along windy roads whilst taking in the magnificent tropical views to our destination was fascinating.
The 2023 December cyclone caused chaos with the roads eroding & severely damaged, there are traffic management staff all the way with single lanes & traffic lights along cape tribulation road.
Well worth a visit to support the local businesses & Heritage Lodge staff were amazing & our evening dinners were 5 star restaurant

Daintree was lovely and we enjoyed birdwatching, exploring some of the surrounding tracks and, particularly, an early-morning birding trip on the Daintree River. However, we changed our plans and stayed in Port Douglas which was close enough to allow daily trips to Daintree but had better - and better value - hotels, a choice of restaurants and so on.

A wonderful experience in the Daintree and Cape Trib.
A wonderful experience in the Daintree and Cape Trib. We missed the Cassowary Falls as they wanted $59 per adult to enter. So sadly, no where nearby for a free swim in the heat. Ferry over the river was $45 return which is pricey for a 2 minute trip across. The DVH Pub over the road had great bar staff with meals and drinks very affordable and yummy. The manager even put the T20 world cup cricket final on the TV for us. The café at Thornton Beach had great views and tasty sour dough sandwiches. Recommend a stop at the Daintree Ice-cream park too as they were fantastic flavors and only $7.50 for a tub of four varieties!

Beautiful, amazing and peaceful, we loved the Daintree.
Beautiful, amazing and peaceful, we loved the Daintree. Can't wait to visit again. Cassowary falls was amazing and I would recommend the Eco Lodge for dinner. Unfortunately we missed out on daintree icecream but won't next visit. Dave at Solarwhisper tours was amazing with his personal knowledge of the local crocs and wildlife. Swimming in the Emmagen creek was fun, we should have gone to the blue holes for a swim but will have too next time also. Highly recommended sailaway tours to Mackay Cay for a great reef experience.

Nice place to visit .
A continental breakfast was provided which was lovely. Stunning surrounds in the rainforest with a creek nearby for safe swimming. Staff were lovely - really friendly. Comfortable accommodation and great for families. Cute border collies there which our kids loved to pat. Restaurant meals were good.
A magical complex with beautiful rainforest villas with all amenities you need. A good location to head North and explore the Daintree rainforest. The staff were very friendly and the food at both breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again next time I’m in the region
After staying at the Daintree Manor I understand why they have such great reviews. The hosts, Robbie and Charmaine, went above and beyond to make sure I enjoyed my stay. They are a beautiful, kind couple who want to ensure a positive Daintree experience for all of their guests.
Everything! The room, the view, the breakfast and private waterfall tour. The accommodation had everything you needed and more. Andy and Liz were the perfect hosts as well!
