We were in the family suite and it was like a little apartment-4 rooms. The big bedroom with a double bed was a separate room. The other bedroom with twin beds was down the hall, also a separate room. Then there was a small kitchen and bathroom. We only used the place to sleep and shower since we were passing through but was a great space for our family of 4 adults. It was clean and had nice beds and hot water! It was a short drive to grab a good meal.

We only got to see the castle and gardens but they were fantastic! I wish we could've stayed another day to go back and see what we missed! Our stay at the Blarney Woollen Mills Hotel was great and a welcome bit of cozy whimsy after travelling all day on busses and trains.

We really loved staying in Blarney vs other more congested areas in County Cork. And if Blarney Castle is a must see on your list, we'd recommend staying in Blarney at the Muskerry Arms. We woke up, had a hearty breakfast, walked across a park to the entrance to the Castle and were in before the crowds. Blarney is such a quaint and friendly village. We loved it!

There are several nearby locations to visit, like Blarney Castle and Gardens, Kinsale, Charles Fort, Cobh, Titanic experience, several cathedrals. Driving can be tricky since road signs aren't the greatest help (if there are any signs)..

Blarney made a great post for us to adventure around the south of Ireland. We spent 5 days here bouncing from Cork to the coast and in between. It is small and quiet but charming. There is plenty to visit in the town so we did spend a whole day here as well visiting the castle and local shops.

Blarney is a wonderful little town.
Blarney is a wonderful little town. We enjoyed eating at Muskerry Arms Bar and Christy's Bar while we were there. Everything was walkable and felt very safe. We also bought a few items from Blarney Woolen Mills. This store offered the most Irish wool clothing of anywhere we saw throughout our tour of the country.
We also visited Blarney Castle and grounds. The gardens around Blarney Castle are incredible. There is so much more to see here than we expected. Our trip was in March, so we needed to wear a light winter jacket, but that also meant there were no lines for kissing the stone and touring the castle.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly. However, facilities were poor with no on-site restaurant after 4pm, reception area small, food only available in the pub next door. Fine for a business trip but not for a holiday, very basic.

Absolutely everything about this place was fantastic. The decore, the owners, the quality of the rooms, the spacious grounds, the attention to detail was incredible. Had I known I would have booked a longer stay.
Great place to visit Blarney or even plan a small wedding! Even their water tasted better than usual.
We traveled all over Ireland and this B&B was our favorite.
Book early. So the suite of 2 bedrooms came available unexpectadly, so we were lucky. Hotels in cork were 400 for 1 night for one bedroom and we got 2 with à kitchionette. The beds are comfy, it has its own door, parking and the host vicky leàves you alone. Its close to a garage wìth hot food which opens at 6am in blarnèy
Beautiful lobby area, sympathetic to the history of the building. Friendly receptionists, easy check in/out. Plenty of parking just outside the main entrance. Could walk to Blarney Castle as just across the road. Great pub onsite serving delicious food, very friendly staff.
Nice hotel with recently renovated rooms, all rooms were well equipped. Very clean. Good location in the centre of blarney just above a pub, next to a shop and within walking range to restaurants and take aways.
We loved being in a village hotel that hosted community events. It had a wonderful atmosphere with the friendliest staff and real Irish welcome.
The breakfasts are first class.
