This place was AWESOME. Cozy, comfortable and the view is incredible. After many hours of hiking, it was amazing sitting in front of the large windows and a book with the door open, fresh air overlooking the beautiful landscape. The dinner and breakfast were also absolutely wonderful. Huge home cooked meals, everything was delicious. Staff was super friendly and extremely helpful.

Really nice hosts and a great mountain landscape. Meals were also great, and the dinner is probably better here than the other options you will find in Theth. The view of the mountains from the Bujtina is great. The rooms are basic but comfortable.

Amazing food, everything we ate looked and tasted like it was grown within several dozen meters from the accommodation. Perfect village food. Dinner and breakfast were both great.
The room also had great views of the surrounding mountains and comfortable beds. The host was very nice and provided helpful tips about local sights. I wish we had stayed two nights.
Parking was easy and convenient as well.

Great place to enjoy mountains. Some places like Blue Eye have lots of tourists, but it is worth to see this unique nature object, nice hike, and beautiful river and mountains views.
A must see Waterfall+Blue Eye one day hike. Also hike to Valbona village and sleep there or if you will be staying only in Theth so hike to Valbona pass only and get back to Theth. Those are two most popular hikes.

Very long drive to Theth, the road is narrow and traffic might sometimes be dangerous. The road is covered by asphalt but partly under repair. The village itself is very cosy. The hiking trails are not well marked but your can find them after asking advice from the lovals or another hikers. The scenery is very beautiful. Highly recommend to visit!

The nature around Theth is breath taking. The blue eye swim was one of the many things we enjoyed.

Theth is gorgeous if you don't stay at Vidis Chalet make sure you at least eat dinner there once. Hike the blue eye its absolutely breathtaking. Driving could be very scary the road is very narrow and there are places where two cars just don't fit so one car has to reverse to a wider part of the road.

Stunning views, nice trails for tracking but rather difficult climbs due to small rocks on the trails and hard to climb big rocks even on the way to the Blue Eye and the Waterfall. Do not be fooled: just because you enjoy tracking on well maintained trails and you can walk 20-30 kms in one day, does not mean that you will enjoy the hikes in Theth on rocky, difficult terrain. BUT it is worth the sacrifice because the views are fantastic. Also, forget that Albania is the Balkans, often meant as not well developed. If you have a local guide for your group as we did, he can take you to lovely restaurants and bars that would be beloved spots even in Western Europe. Lovely country, friendly people, not crammed with tourists. Great place to visit before eveyone else discovers it.

Theth was amazing despair the weather wasn’t unsettle which made difficult I to walk about and was a bit risky when I try to climb the steps and so on . You must be fit and be able to walk a lot and for long time . Overall I enjoy the company and the views sunset and all was good . Locals are very friendly and the food fresh and delicious.
