The owner was super attentive and helpful while we were there. Our arrival got delayed until after midnight and he had no problems to come and let us in and show us the house. The house is well appointed and has all you will need for your stay. Cooking items, a parrilla in the back yard with plenty of wood, and a comfortable bed are some of the highlights. I was having an issue with my rental car which I managed to figure out on my own but Daniel was ready and willing to come help me. Great property, a great value for the price, and fantastic hosts. 100% recommend!!

What Maipú lacks in scenery, unless the Andes are out from their cloud bank, it makes up for in proximity to great wineries and restaurants that one can easily ride a bike to. It is very laid back and relaxing. The newer wine region of Valle de Uco is not far away, either. Tours there from Maipú are easily arranged.

The town of Maipu itself is unremarkable, but the Mendoza area overall is fantastic. A mix between northern California and Arizona. Given the cheap car service rates, in the future, I'll stay in Mendoza City where there are more creature comfortts--wine country was only about 30 mins from downtown.

Beautiful location in the middle of vineyards. Secluded and felt more like a ranch stay than a hotel. Lovely pool and social areas and spacious comfortable rooms. It was mainly couples and you could organise a joint BBQ.
Nice hotel in transitional house. Great heritage features. I think there are more convenient places to stay for the wineries but this is a lovely base and has a great brekkie spot and pool overlooking some vines.
Best Mendoza location imaginable, within cycling distance of numerous vineyards to make your own wine excursion. Very friendly host and staff, and the swimming pool with palm trees is a little paradise
