This hotel is set on Lake Schuchye, among the pine forest of the National Park. A spa centre and free Wi-Fi are featured at Rixos Borovoe Hotel. I find it a wonderfully relaxing location with excellent staff and restaurants. The Chalet is one of the best restaurants I have ever enjoyed

Situated in Almaty, 20 km from Medeo, Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre and a bar. Breakfast was very good. The coffee operating machine should be corrected: e.g. In English it was written chocolate, in Russian it was written expresso. So my chocolate drink turned out to be expresso.

Nice interiors and a very comfortable room. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. An interesting location right on the strolling route between the Mausoleum (wonderful) and the new caravansaray shopping complex (not taken off yet).
