Just a very acceptable and comfortable hotel for spending the night and to have breakfast and diner. At the edge of Uralsk town at the road to the airport (20 mins). Staff was very helpful and kind.

Rakhat Hotel is located in Uralsk, 4.5 km from the train station and features confortable room and access to a games room and a saune. Free WiFi access is available. We were spending a night in Uralsk with family, waiting for our flight. The hotel was almost empty at the night of our stay. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was OK. Good choice of food buffet for breakfast (pancakes, porridge, cheese, jam, butter, coffee beans etc.) also we got freshly fried eggs. Spacy room (we had a room with a separate bedroom and the kid was on the sofa in another room). Clean towels and bed lining. This hotel has elevator which was handy because our room was at the 4th floor.

The staff was very helpful, called us taxi and printed our boarding passes. They are attentive and polite. The breakfast was nice. Many options, and cold cuts and cheese were kept refrigerated, which we appreciated. The room was clean and shower works very well. If you stay for at least 2 night they do your laundry for free. We didn't need this option, but it might be useful for some. They do not have an elevator and the hotel building is 2 storeys tall. Generally the hotel exceeded our initial expectations. I think they deliver better than it is shown in the descriptions and photos here. Or many we were just lucky

Free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour bar and a fitness centre are offered by this 4-star hotel in Uralsk. It provides free parking and is a 3-minute walk from the Ural River. The hotel is really good to stay with business trip purpose or with family. The receptionists, waiters and administrators are very polite. The food in restaurant is very tasty, ordered for dinner (complex) which was good. The parking is available.
