This hotel is set on Lake Schuchye, among the pine forest of the National Park. A spa centre and free Wi-Fi are featured at Rixos Borovoe Hotel. Great location on the lake. Well-maintained 30 km bike trial across Borovoe national park. Perfect restaurant with variety of meal. Attentive and well-trained staff. Comfortable room with all concievable amenities. Honestly, I didn't expect such level of service in the rural area of Kazakhstan.

Located centrally in Astana right next to Abu Dhabi Plaza, within walking distance to Bayterek Monument and Botanical garden, not far from major sports stadiums, Sheraton Astana Hotel provides... Facilities are new and well maintained,the location is very convenient,but the game changer is the staff working at the property,especially the way Mr.Sanzhar made an eye-contact as soon as we entered to the property,greeted us properly,finished our check-in process less than in 3 minutes including explanations of facilities and working hours,and the same way during our stay,always super friendly,professional and supportive,our stay was great, we would love to back! Thank you!

New and clean hotel. Breakfast was superb and I really enjoyed the spa and pool facilities. Staff were really friendly and the hotel is located next to the shopping centre. Also had good parking - would stay there again in my next visit!

Nice interiors and a very comfortable room. Reception staff are lovely and helpful. An interesting location right on the strolling route between the Mausoleum (wonderful) and the new caravansaray shopping complex (not taken off yet).
