Great gym, fantastic spa with a great treatments menu, food was delicious, extensive breakfast buffet I’ve never seen a selection like this before. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable, even the smallest things are considered. Great selection of tv channels, buffet dinners are to die for. Everything is exceptionally clean, the staff at the resort are friendly and very helpful. Ability to order food and drink at the pool and charge back to room or pay there, very convenient. Special events during Xmas and NY. Fire show on the beach at the restaurant 50m from the resort is great. There are free activities for the kids and group activities for the adults from what I understood. Great swimming beach just outside the resort which sometimes cannot be used because of jellyfish.

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The staff were so lovely and helpful, they really made our stay. The location of the hotel is excellent - a short walk from the main area, while still being nice and quiet. The pool setting is gorgeous, and it was lovely to have a cocktail by the pool.
