We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Keller, we visited for my birthday weekend and the lady on reception noted this from my passport and organised a little gift to be left in the room, this was a very kind gesture. We were able to walk everywhere from the Palazzo, the staff were all friendly and attentive and the room was beautiful. The whole Palazzo has been refurbished exquisitely and our stay here was as much a part of the experience of being in Venice as the scenery outside. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of fresh hot coffee and lovely pastries.

Very good location behind piazza venezia. Very nice terrace with exceptional view. Very big room compared with rome standards. Likely recently renovated. Staff very kind and helpful (i was leaving at 7:30 am, the time they normally start serving breakfast, and they opened the breakfast room exceptionally just for me at 7:15).

The team at 21 House of Stories are nothing short of exceptional. Freja, Gabriele and the lovely Food & Beverage team went above and beyond to look after me. When I told Freja I loved the restaurant's risotto and would like to make it for my family, she arranged for the recipe to be printed (with pictures) on cardboard so I could take it home and even gave me samples of the saffron they use because it is hard to get! Such a pleasure to deal with - nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
