We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel, the owner and staff were more than welcoming and nice, rooms and other facilities were spotless, outside was very cold but inside was 27 28°C. Breakfast was tasty. Safe and private parking. Location 3min by foot to main square. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and the local market is next to the hotel. Loving how they invest in new things at the hotel and keeping it modern and accessible for everyone. We definitely recommend everyone who needs a stay in Pristina to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was so great , the food was nice , they are so helpful people especially the waiter Jeton and reception boy Art . The spa was so great . As soon as I can I will go again ☺️

Hotellin henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä ja aidosti kiinnostuneita vieraiden viihtyvyydestä ja tavallaan tämä näkyi kaikessa hotellissa aamupalaa myöden mikä oli erittäin hyvä..sijainti hyvä keskustasta nähden,ei ihan vilskeessä mutta muutaman minuutin kävelyllä olet kävelykaduilla missä kaikki baarit ravintolat ja liikkeet sijaitsevat..

Viiden tähden hotellissa on ylellinen sisustus, 2 ravintolaa, 2 baaria, 6 huoneen konferenssikeskus ja spa-alue, jossa on lämmitetty sisäuima-allas ja höyrysauna. The 5-star hotel experience for a fraction of the price. This hotel was in a great location, had extremely helpful staff and overall was very fancy. The best breakfast in all of Kosovo. The pool and relaxation area were also great.
