Clean, comfortable, modern room. I had a small terrace which was also nice. They provided a fruit basket as a welcome gift which was most appreciated. Great breakfast and the hotel's restaurant is also nice, glad I had dinner there one night. Been so close to some major tourist attractions was also awesome.

We found the hotel on a whim for a one night getaway and booked it only an hour and a half before arriving in the evening. The hotel was super responsive, helpful, polite and has everything you needed. The staff was fantastic, food was great, location beautiful and convenient and facilities are great. It’s an excellent price point so we’re giving it a very high rating. The restaurant is fantastic too!

We spent one night here before flying home to Canada. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We knew the room wasnt going to be huge, but we had plenty of space. We opened the window for a while and could hear lots of street noise. Closed the window and heard nothing. Great soundproofing. The location was excellent for us. Cross the street from the hotel and a 1-2 minute walk you're at the Metro station that goes directly to the airport. Breakfast included and it was really good. All staff that we came in contact with were so lovely and couldnt do enough for us. Very enjoyable experience for our last night in Portugal.

Newly refurbished, well designed, very large (for city center) and very comfy suite which easily fits a family of 4. Good beds, very clean, friendly staff. Room is missing an electric water kettle, but the staff provided one on request.

Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. The property is close to Clerigos Tower, Oporto Coliseum and D. Luis I... This lovely small hotel was modern and clean. Included shampoo/bodywash and conditioner in shower as well as hand soap and moisturiser at the sink. Breakfast included fantastic selection of food as well as pastries throughout the day. Staff were lovely and the welcome drink of port was a lovely touch. Tea/coffee making facilities were in room, as well as hot drinks machine available 24hrs - it was lovely to have a hot chocolate before bed.
