We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and we can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had. First and foremost, the staff at this hotel are truly exceptional. Upon check-in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. What stood out most was their professionalism when we encountered an issue during our stay. They handled it promptly and efficiently, demonstrating their dedication to providing top-notch customer service. Featuring a bar and free WiFi, VATRA HOTEL is located in Ternopilʼ. There is a restaurant serving local cuisine, and free private parking is available. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a buffet... Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception.. Lovely staff at the lounge where I got coffee, cake, snacks, drinks. Adequate parking. The staff always spoke English with me--since I don't speak Ukrainian. Fresh towels and complimentary water daily. Extensive breakfast buffet and friendly staff.

Queen Bee asub mugavalt Kyiv Ševtšenkivski linnaosas, 1,2 km kaugusel Ševtšenko pargist, 600 meetri kaugusel Püha Volodimiri katedraalist ja vähem kui 1 km kaugusel Püha Sofia katedraalist. New, clean rooms, contemporary classic furniture, nice design of the room. I stayed in the standard double room: large bed and lots of space to move around. At first I was concerned that the street would be busy, but it turned out to be a quiet street with not much traffic. If you go up the road from the hotel, there's a busy commercial street with many shops and cafés. Taxi to the Kyiv train station takes 7 minutes. In short: highly recommend. Will stay again.

The property is super clean, modern and very well builded and maintained. Everything is in excellent condition with no marks of oldness!!! Rooms are in pristine shape and very comfortable. Breakfast was great, healthy and always fresh! Thank you to the kitchen and back of the house staff.

Perfect place to chill out and unwind. One of my favorites, handsdown. Staff, spa, immaculately clean rooms , as well as a mountain view restaurant are top notch.
