Security is also really nice and they upgraded our room for free which was amazing, room was massive with great views and excellent large bathroom with 2 sinks!! Would recommend for anyone wanting bougie room for more reasonable prices

DJ Citi Plaza Hotel & Suites asub Kuala Terengganus, 2,4 km kaugusel Batu Buroki rannast ja 6,1 km kaugusel Terengganu riiklikust muuseumist. Kohapeal on terrass ja tasuta WiFi-ühendus. We booked the deluxe suite for 5 pax. It is made up of 2 connecting rooms. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Very friendly staff with free coffee at the lobby. Can even view the draw bridge from the 6 and 7th floor.

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.

This was the best price value ratio hotel which I stayed in during Langkawi vacation. Perfect services, cocktails and food as well. Also location is great.
