As i am non Chinese speaker, they helped me a lot in finding my lost luggage and talked with the respective authorities on my behalf to find them finally. Thanks heaps for that.

The location in a Hutong was unique, and gave the family a flavour of how life was/is like in a traditional housing estate. It is by the side of a food street for the evening walk, short throw to other food streets. The staff were exceptional! The whole team went out of their way to attend to us, discreetly and with care. Gratitude to the staff who took effort to help us when my mother and son were ill.

The communication with the staff is really nice. They are very polite and helpful. They always gave us some suggestions on travelling to the certain locations, tourist areas. Our room was really nice, like old fashion style with a nice smell of wood which was really pleasant. The inn is well located and all the tourist places are really close. We really enjoyed the stay a lot.

Fairfield by Marriott Guangzhou Konggang se encuentra en Guangzhou, a 28 km de Yuexiu Park Station, y ofrece alojamiento con centro de fitness, parking privado gratis y restaurante. Steven at reception was amazing. We needed some documents printed and we struggled to find the printing place. Steven took us to the store and even stayed to translate. This hotel is relatively affordable considering it's a chain. Close to the airport. Spacious and has everything you needed. Breakfast was great too with a large selection of chinese and western foods.

Zhangjiajie YOLO Resort--Within Zhangjiajie National Forest Park está en Zhangjiajie, a 2 min a pie de Monte Tianzi, y dispone de jardín, habitaciones hipoalergénicas, wifi gratis y terraza. The location was absolutely incredible and completely unique as there are not any other places to stay within the national park. The staff are fabulous
