El Hechun Inn está situado a unos 6 minutos a pie de la antigua calle Tunxi y presenta una arquitectura tradicional de estilo Huizhou. El establecimiento cuenta con terraza y salón compartido. Para nuestra sorpresa, hablaban inglés perfectamente lo que nos sirvió para hacerle muchas preguntas después de los 7 días que llevábamos ya en China. Nos ayudaron y aconsejaron en todo, nos ayudó con Didi, a planificar la visita a la montaña de Huangshan, nos recomendaron restaurantes para cenar, a gestionar el desplazamiento a la estación de tren.. un 10 Además de eso, el hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones son amplias y confortables y el desayuno (chino) esta muy bien. Totalmente recomendable

The Langham, Hefei tiene centro de fitness, jardín, salón de uso común y restaurante en Hefei. It was my first time staying in The Langham Hefei, though I can say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff’s courtesy, warmth and right level of care started right at entry of the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei ‘s lobby feels warm and happy due to its yellow hue lighting I believe. I could immediately smell flowers once I stepped in the lobby, pleasant but not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham worldwide. I prefer lily’s smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so one could enjoy the lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told it was considered the ceiling of Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in plus swiped my credit card on the wrong machine that caused the spending authority refused initially. The breakfast experience was also great! The Seasons restaurant has a big capacity so I was always able to be seated whenever I went down. House keeping also checks on guests each afternoon not see any additional help are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original plan to continue staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She continued to be warm, professional and efficient. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay again. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. From XIAO He I also experienced the Langham quality- courtesy, warmth,knowledge and efficiency. Being asked about absence of Langham’s pink uniform, she explained to me the responsibilities of each role and separation of roles in Langham’s efforts to optimize guests’ experience.She went extra miles to ask her manager’s permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour.

Superb highly professional and helpful front desk staff on arrival (be prepared to use the translation app(s) on you phone). Superb breakfast - incredible variety of high quality foods. Transfer from airport made easy by using booking.com to arrange so didn't have to worry about finding taxi and getting right address. Dalian Metro station quite close by which was useful for me.

El Mercure Hefei Sunac se encuentra en el distrito de Baohe, en Hefei, y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y TV de pantalla plana. Excellent location with a nearby mall (big and filled with good shops), near the public security bureau if you're looking to solve your documentation in for staying in Hefei, and lots of barbecue restaurants and convenience stores. The view from the bedroom was amazing with Chaohu Lake right in front of me. The staff was incredibly helpful and although they spoke little English, they were happy to assist and tried their best.
