Right after booking, the hotel sent us a helpful guide with details about the facilities and the great location. This made us feel welcome even before we arrived. The hotel has direct access to Pavilion Mall, which was super convenient for shopping and dining. The location is perfect for exploring the area. The luxury rooms were amazing. The shower felt like a spa, and the dressing room was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. With excellent facilities, a prime location, and great service, our stay at [Hotel Name] was truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

I recently stayed at EQ Hotel for 10 nights, and my experience was excellent overall. The room was exceptionally clean, with impeccable room service that made my stay comfortable. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, adding to the overall experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. One of the standout features was the hotel's restaurants, café, and bar. Each provided excellent food and drinks at reasonable prices, so I didn’t feel the need to go out or order from outside. The reception staff were helpful and kind, and I want to give a special mention to Deputy Manager Kai. He was incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout my stay. He assisted me multiple times and ensured my check-in process was fast and smooth at the beginning of my trip. Although I wasn’t granted a late check-out, I understand it was due to the holiday season and high occupancy. Overall, my stay was convenient, comfortable, and perfect. I highly recommend EQ Hotel and would gladly stay here again.
