A bus stop to Manhattan is nearly in front of the hotel. Half an hour drive to Downtown near ferry terminal. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. You can have Tea and Coffee the whole day. Breakfast I have not used. Nearby you find dinner location for a quick or comfortable Dinner.

From the greeting by the parking valet (John) and staff at the reception desk to check-out, the hotel provided 5-star quality that exceeded my expectations. The oceanfront room was spacious, spotlessly clen and well appointed, with actual glasses (instead of plastic). The (queen-sized) beds were very comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The breakfast that was included with the room was excellent, with a good variety of tasty food on offer, served on real plates with metal cutlery and glasses and mugs.

The staff at Margaritaville does an exceptional job of making you feel welcome. They are both friendly and professional. The facilities are immaculate, someone is always cleaning! The food and drinks are very good. Overall my stay was wonderful!

Riu Plaza Chicago es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas que está en Chicago. En el hotel se sirve cada mañana un desayuno buffet. Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el hotel y es excelente, la limpieza, la ubicación, el desayuno, la atención del personal, especialmente de Nicolás 10/10
