The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with a nice table and chairs and a gorgeous sea view. The pool area and garden are perfect! Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and very generous. Preko is a quiet escape from busy Zadar with plenty of good restaurants to choose from, 2 grocery stores and bike rental nearby. We walked everywhere.

A gem of a place on beautiful island of Ugljan. Relatively well accessible even without a car, although you will be limited to the bus schedule that is made to suit the ferry schedule to and from the mainland.
The apartment itself with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sitting area is nice, clean, well maintained. The best part by far though is the balcony with a view over the bay of Kali. Also unbeatable with the kids is the property's own swimming pool which is quite rare on the island. Even with other guests around it never felt crowded.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the house is right next to the sea with a small, calm beach. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The whole village is calm, quiet and not teeming with tourists.

The apartment looks exactly as advertised. It’s clean and tidy. However, there was an issue with communication with the host. I couldn’t get in touch with the host prior to the booking and when we arrived it turned out that the host didn’t know we are coming. This resulted in our check in being delayed for 3 hours. The host claimed there was an issue with the booking.com app
Apart from that, our stay was really good and the apartment is well-located. It’s very close to a nice bay.

Preko was fantastic, there's a great ferry service to Zadar (always on time and very economical - just make sure you get the right one as there are two, one to the old town and one to the new!) but more than enough to do on the island itself. There are plenty of nice places to eat, little shops, a couple of supermarkets and a beautiful marina. We hired bikes and paddle-boards (can highly recommend Martin the 'Rent-Man') and so were able to explore a lot more of the beautiful island - we completely fell in love with it.

We fell in love with Preko. We are very well travelled. This place is special. It’s unspoilt and quiet. The sea is fabulous. It’s clean and stylish. I’d not recommend it for big groups wanting nightlife but for others who want peace in a beautiful location, it’s great! The Croatian people are lovely too.
Everything we wanted was at hand- restaurants and bars (but we self catered); small but adequate supermarkets; a daily fish delivery (near the bus area or in the small market in the village); the little island; the quiet beaches (rocky); the marinas and everything. It was a marvellous place to unwind. We were there 4 nights (easy ferry access from Zadar) and we just chilled. The 3 nights in Zadar were great too!

Good access through ferry from Zadar, good beaches, also sand beaches, not super crowded in the high of season, possibly for renting equipment around, many old small streets and local people. Super wiew to mountain's and Zadar, clean water around.

With Ošljak being such a captivating and magical place, we were really happy with our stay. Hosts were accommodating, whereas the flat had everything we needed- the stunning views were the absolute highlight. The flat itself was clean and overall environment was heavenly calm. the owners were kind enough to take us with the boat to do our groceries and later on get the morning ferry from Preko on time. Looking forward to coming back sometime soon!
Honestly, this place is highly recommended, and it's a place I will definitely return to. The apartment is very clean and has everything needed for normal living. There's a washing machine, refrigerator, and a fully equipped kitchen. A major advantage was also the terrace, where you could relax and enjoy the amazing views from practically every window. The lady managing the apartment was very kind and helpful. Thank you very much.
The place was on great location, you have parking lot. The rooms were with air conditioners and the place had a nice terrace with ceiling fan. The host was very pleasant and always there to help. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Recommending for everyone. ✅
