The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with a nice table and chairs and a gorgeous sea view. The pool area and garden are perfect! Our hosts were helpful, accommodating, and very generous. Preko is a quiet escape from busy Zadar with plenty of good restaurants to choose from, 2 grocery stores and bike rental nearby. We walked everywhere.

A gem of a place on beautiful island of Ugljan. Relatively well accessible even without a car, although you will be limited to the bus schedule that is made to suit the ferry schedule to and from the mainland.
The apartment itself with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a sitting area is nice, clean, well maintained. The best part by far though is the balcony with a view over the bay of Kali. Also unbeatable with the kids is the property's own swimming pool which is quite rare on the island. Even with other guests around it never felt crowded.

The hosts were really friendly and helpful, the house is right next to the sea with a small, calm beach. The kitchen was quite well equipped. The whole village is calm, quiet and not teeming with tourists.

The apartment looks exactly as advertised. It’s clean and tidy. However, there was an issue with communication with the host. I couldn’t get in touch with the host prior to the booking and when we arrived it turned out that the host didn’t know we are coming. This resulted in our check in being delayed for 3 hours. The host claimed there was an issue with the booking.com app
Apart from that, our stay was really good and the apartment is well-located. It’s very close to a nice bay.

Preko was fantastic, there's a great ferry service to Zadar (always on time and very economical - just make sure you get the right one as there are two, one to the old town and one to the new!) but more than enough to do on the island itself. There are plenty of nice places to eat, little shops, a couple of supermarkets and a beautiful marina. We hired bikes and paddle-boards (can highly recommend Martin the 'Rent-Man') and so were able to explore a lot more of the beautiful island - we completely fell in love with it.

We fell in love with Preko. We are very well travelled. This place is special. It’s unspoilt and quiet. The sea is fabulous. It’s clean and stylish. I’d not recommend it for big groups wanting nightlife but for others who want peace in a beautiful location, it’s great! The Croatian people are lovely too.
Everything we wanted was at hand- restaurants and bars (but we self catered); small but adequate supermarkets; a daily fish delivery (near the bus area or in the small market in the village); the little island; the quiet beaches (rocky); the marinas and everything. It was a marvellous place to unwind. We were there 4 nights (easy ferry access from Zadar) and we just chilled. The 3 nights in Zadar were great too!

Good access through ferry from Zadar, good beaches, also sand beaches, not super crowded in the high of season, possibly for renting equipment around, many old small streets and local people. Super wiew to mountain's and Zadar, clean water around.

The owner, Martin, is an extremely helpful guy. He was waiting for us upon arrival to hand over the key. The accommodation was perfectly fine, equipped with everything you could need. There is a nice little terrace in front, where you can sit out under the olive trees. The sea is a few steps from the entrance, and the beach is also a few dozen meters away, which is quite a plus. For any vehicle or supra. you would need a boat, Martin is your man :) Overall, this is a great accommodation in a prime location. We hope to return one day.
The apartment is very clean and functional with all needed utilities for the stay.
The house has an amazing seaview with external spots to enjoy and surrounded by a beautiful garden. It is 5 minutes walking to the downtown and port of Preko.
Very welcoming host, they came to pick us up on our arrival, recommended places around and offered some traditional sweets and drinks.
Everything was perfect. Nice and friendly host, amazing location, more than perfect: apartmant is located one step from the sea and beaches, Preko is a really nice village, the accomodation is super. As an extra there is a kayak and a kenue to use. Perfect for family holiday with lot of activities. The surroundings were quite at night.
It was such a warm welcome.
We traveled with an 8 months old baby and felt very comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and the hotel employees were great.
The hotel is very nice without any hidden costs at a great location.
I liked that there was enough space at the pool or the beach at any time.

The Beachfront apartments Spazzio offers a very spacious studio, probably the best location in Preko and the most comfortable beds one could've ever asked for. Thanks to the wonderful host, our family had a lovely time. On-site parking and a place to store our bikes and other equipment helped us actively spend our time together.
