Overall this property was clean, had a good balance of lively activity and restful periods throughout the day. The staff were all very happy and friendly. Myself and partner had a bad start to our holiday being at El Mouradi Palace, nevertheless Iberostar changed our perspective on Tunisia and was more than willing to get are second attempt to our holiday started on the right note. Staff were more than helpful when hearing about our previous experience. There were also no complaints about the food.

Great buffets and selection, always different stations with a mix of local food and international cuisine. The staff are so friendly and helpful. There are 2 pools and the beach. One pool is a saltwater pool which technically is adults only but always had kids in it then the main pool. There are constant activities to do every day, from darts to volleyball to water polo, belly dancing and exercise classes. The gym is a good size and never too busy. The men serving drinks all day by the pool are amazing and remember your order. If you ask for a coke zero or milk for the room they give you a whole 1L bottle, was amazing.

I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

The staff are all so friendly and wonderful. The hotel was clean and relaxing. Felt like a real holiday. I will miss all the staff. It was my second stay here and i will be planning my next stay in this hotel shortly
It was great all inclusive hotel in front of the beach hotel. We were all females and enjoyed our stay overall. We used the spa facilities which were additional charge. A fantastic beach holiday.
