Staff are amazing. Hospitality is fantastic, attention to detail and more. The hotel is extremely clean, the food is great, the rooms are spacious and cleaned very well daily.
Most importantly the staff are amazing and will take care and cater to your every need.

The Hasdrubal Thalassa & Spa Port El Kantaoui is located on the seashore, in Port El Kantaoui resort, 16 miles from Monastir International Airport and and 5 miles from Sousse.
The port itself is lovely to walk around if you are not...
The port itself is lovely to walk around if you are not afraid of being badgering shopkeepers or restaurant staff,shouting to you and also boat trip sales,it is the quiet time of year over there,but constantly pestering puts people off going anywhere.

I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters...
I am partly disabled they was not electric mobility scooters to rent for me to get around where I want to go outside the hotel I was stuck in the hotel in my own company, the beach was too far for me to walk which I would have loved to go down to I love my seafront that was very disappointed. And also yes I will love to come back to the Port EAl Kantaoul.

We chose this hotel for our honeymoon and the treatment of the staff was fantastic, they really did the best they could to make this a perfect experience. Facilities were great with two nice pools and direct access to a sandy beach with clear water, comfy sun straw umbrellas. Big variety of food, especially the breakfast was delicious.
So friendly staff, everyone in the hotel is smiling and working with a positive spirit. Great location. Wonderful beach. Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant is an icon. Employees in the reception were unbelievably friendly. The hotel is full of facilities.
I liked to use spa services I loved the hotel staff on reception and domestic fantastic .I enjoyed my time at the hotel animations tried hard .lovely hotel and grounds x
