The hotel was amazing mainly because of the friendly staff, location and pristine clean facilities. Although there was language barrier, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly in trying their best to communicate. There was ample parking and nice views all around. The hotel facilities were great with a really good spa and wellness area, including a hot tub, steam room and sauna. The owners are really friendly and service is great. Breakfast was good with a range of self-service options as well as cooked eggs and bacon. The location is right on the edge of town, about 100m beyond the Plan bus stop but walking back into Selva is slightly less than 1km.

Information on the website about the village amenity was very poor. I would have liked more information about the public transport options, timetables etc. Information about the taxi to the horses was out of date and it cost a lot more than it said on the website. The lack of a bus link to other villages was a real drawback for me. And the cost of taxis was exorbitant.
Also information about the grocery shops. The shops were very small and expensive.
Although our accommodation was excellent I wouldn’t recommend this area again.

A perfect base to go on hikes. There are so many hiking trails to choose from and plenty cable cars that will take you to the start of the trails. Very lively without being overly crowded with many restaurants, bars and shops so it's convenient. Great mobility, the public transport is well connected so we don't have to use the cars all the time.

Local buses good be better ie operate later in the evening.
Prices of some things like the cable cars seemed expensive even for my Italian friends who knew the area well.

Hotel is simply great. Looks like it was opened yesterday, extremly clean, nicely furnished with unbeliveable attention to detail. Staff is unusually polite and accomodating, breakfast is plentiful with high quality and localy procured food. Hotel itself is located in the centre of the Selva di val Gardena, parking is large and nice, wifi is maybe not the fastest one but works nicely and stable. One of the very best hotel experiences in a long, long time.
The location is amazing as you can ski in and out and get onto the Sella Ronda within one chair lift. However, it wasn't clear when I made the booking to park in St Christina and take the Saslong cable car up so went to the wrong town first. Once you're at the hotel, the staff make you feel very welcome and looked after. The hotel is very charming, the food was good and and the spa the icing on the cake!
This was the best accommodation we had in our entire trip in Austria and Italy. Everything was spotless clean, and the room was big and had a small balcony. The lady who takes care of the Villa is very kind and helpful. Also, the location is very good: right in the center of Selva di Val Gardena, but not at the main road, which makes it very quiet and comfortable.
Came to the hotel in summer to see the Dolomite Alps. Everything was perfect: location in the middle of the town, supermarket next to it, funicular in 10 minutes and swimming pool as bonus.
Thanks a lot. Hope to come back in winter for skiing. Mom, dad, and sons spent wonderful time in this place.
The main areas of the hotel and the spa are lovely and modern and the whole place is very clean. The breakfast service and choice was extremely good and we ate in the Steak Stube where the food and the service were great. Great location and ski storage area never gets too crowded.
