We were snow chasing and boy did we catch it!! We had a blast walking up and down the strip in the snow. SkyPark was awesome, once at the top you can see the whole strip and the lights are beautiful. We stayed up there for awhile so my grandson could play in the snow and make a snowman while we sat by the fire. It's our favorite thing to do when in Gatlinburg. We also love to eat at the New Orleans café. It never disappoints. The seafood gumbo is to die for. It's family owned and the grandmother makes the gumbo herself. We let my grandson mine for gems and even though it seemed alittle expensive, it was worth it and very educational.
We have been to Gatlinburg during all seasons now and the winter might be the best. The snow was gorgeous.

The atmosphere was refreshing and the snow was beautiful.
The atmosphere was refreshing and the snow was beautiful. The shops were open and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food choices were plentiful and most attractions were open. Trams were running and gave wonderful advice and suggestions on where to go and what to see. Loved Ruby! The Peddler and the melting pot were beyond special, they made the trip extremely memorable. Make reservations days early for the peddler because it is so busy. Best steak in town!

Gatlinburg is a beautiful town with many attractions. The people are laid back and helpful if you have any questions. The mountains are always breathtaking and definitely check out the salt and pepper shaker museum. It's probably the best value of anything you will find.

We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year.
We love Gatlinburg so much, we come every single year. Our favorite thing to do is walk the strip and go into all the shops, restaurants and enjoy the adult beverage taste tests (breweries, wineries, distilleries, ciders, moinshine - truly has it ALL!). The funnest thing we do is ride the mountain coasters - the ones on the strip and the ones in Pigeon Forge. Gatlingburg offers so much to do for individuals, couples, families and or a group of friends. It's one of our favorite locations for vacations.

came up for the parade, which was worth the trip. Went to Pigeon Forge for shopping. We would have walked around Gatlinburg like we have done in the past but the wind was blowing very strong and the temperature was cold.

the location was a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg which was great because, while we had a car, we didn’t need to deal with parking and traffic. The price was right for what it was - an awesome spot to sleep while hiking the smokies
The location. It was quiet but close enough to downtown Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the creek and the outdoor furniture including fire pit. Our room was decent size and we had hot showers.
