Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away.
Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job).
We’ve booked also for February.

Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.
A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya.
Though springs were nice.
Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.
Super friendly owner. Hotel located at the edge of a very small town. View of the mountain range. Mineral pools just outside window of room. The room was on the small side but had a nice balcony to step out onto. The memory mattress which was a bit flimsy on one side but perfect on the other side of the double bed. One choice for vegan breakfast but the owner was so kind to allow me to eat my own vegan food discreetly at the table. Definitely a quaint local hotel to recommend.
There were a lot of parking spots around the hotel; we were there around 9pm and they let us pick our dinner before they picked the buffet up. The food itself was the best buffet food I have ever tasted, really delicious.
The SPA was clean and spacious, the rooms were a bit bigger than expected.
The junior suite was nice with fantastic balcony view. The decoration was just right for the winter aesthetic of the area. The spa was also great and for sure the thermal water is the top characteristic of the hotel. I enjoyed the smoking area very much where they serve delicious coffee.
