Easy check-in, friendly staff, simple but comfortable room. Good location, everything in Banya is in a few minutes' walk. Nice view from the top floor rooms. The pool was a nice addition. It was simple with few extra features (e.g no jets), but clean and well maintained. The price/quality ratio was more than reasonable.

Brand new hotel with impressive interior design, the room was clean and comfortable. Nice external swimming pool, the water is hot and there are heaters on the wall to warm up when you're outside. We had some delicious pizza for dinner, the price was good and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Friendly staff at the reception, at the bar and at the restaurant. Rich breakfast choice even considering we joined very late, very tasty as well. There was a parking spot and we visited at a busy time.

Banya is a small town with a large number of thermal springs - so great for tourist and locals as a health retreat. Lovely scenery, calming, and close to busy Bansko its the perfect get away.
Try a visit to the oldest outdoor thermal pool and their great value restaurant - Izgreva Spa!

We had an excellent vacation in Hot Springs, 4 nights: everything was perfect: perfect breakfast and dinner, very clean room, excellent spa facilities, nice staff ( except the bartender which is a little rigid for this job).
We’ve booked also for February.

Banya is a town with mineral hot springs and it’s only about 4 miles to Bankso, a ski resort town with a very nice old town, we stayed in Seven Springs hotel for their charming atmosphere and hot springs pools. We walked around the town but came back to dine at the hotel’s cozy restaurant Kristina.

A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town.
A lot of dying houses, not really friendly people in town. For such amount of money better visit other village like a Sapaeva Banya.
Though springs were nice.
Most places accept cash only, you can windrow money near park. Inside the park is great place with bulgarian cousin (near stairs). Church may not work at time you expect it to work and in front of it is drinking water.
