Our suite was just perfect for us in terms of size and comfort. Lovely clean decor with a slightly Scandinavian but rustic feel. Not much storage space for clothes but I took 3 times too much.
The position within complex , the privacy, the view, the light.
Room service was on request - nice linen and best ever bed. A few things needed maintenance like wobbly loo roll holder but we were on holiday and cba telling them !
The breakfasts were substantial and varied. Breads, Figs and honey the best and all the local cheeses. No herbal teas.
The pool area and the gardens were all stunning and felt luxurious.
Liked board games at the bar. Other guests were well mannered and polite but not at all warm/friendly. Atmosphere was odd.
Adult only was nice idea but in reality it was full of entwined couples engaging in public displays of affection and taking snapshots for social media or older than us couples who looked a bit miserable if I'm honest. A lot of pregnant ladies. We did like the fact that we could get beds immediately every day and that may not happen with families.
For us there really just was not enough to see or do in this area. Won't go back to Turkey. Ran out of space on dislikes so putting these comments in here instead.
At the bar try the moctail with greengages - delicious.

Their staff is very polite and friendly. Rooms are very clean and they pay attention to every little detail. Rooms and hotel decorated beautifully and they have everything you need in the room. Towels were clean and soft, they have extra towels for you. Sheets were clean and pillows and bed was comfortable. We have stayed at sea view suit and it was so nice to wake up to sun and sea view and chill on couch we had in the room. Clean pool and seperate child areas also very great as we wanted to have a calm holiday and rest without kids screaming and crying so we really appreciated to have adult only pool area and beach. Food was great by the pool restaurant also the special coctails. It’s worth to visit Turunç just for this hotel, as there is not much else to see or do around hotel but hotel offers anyways all you need.

The only downside was that Booking.com ad said there was a pool but there isn't one. Not a problem, the beach is only a 5min walk. The Bazaar and many other shops only 5-10 min walk.
The staff couldn't have done any more to make our stay better. Breakfast was always fresh and extras only had to be asked for and if was would be made. Efe, receptionist and all rounder, was very friendly and helpful and New Jersey boy (Ucel), can do and will do anything he can to help from carrying your cases to sorting Breakfast. Will definitely stay here again
Turunç ıs a small town,almost a vıllage. Everywhere ıs within walking dıstance. At least ıt was from our accommodation at Sen Apartment. We were there for 14 days and tried a dıfferent restaurant every nıght and always had a lovely meal.

Turunc is a small port, mainly used by UK tourists plenty of restaurants, but as everywhere in Turkish coast very similar menus.
English breakfasts available in many of the restaurants.
Beaches are small, sunbeds/parasols mostly free if you buy refreshments onsite. Pebble beaches.
Recommend the "Can" restaurant for food quality & friendly service.
Note the road in/out is with small hairpin bends to Marmaris, approx 30 minutes drive to Marmaris.
Water taxi's daily every 2 hours to Marmaris approx. 1 hour travel time.Therefore you need transport to travel around
Boat tours to turtle beach and Kings Tombs recommended. Ancient village Amos is 2kms walk with Ampitheatre. Beautiful views.
Very picturesque village, only bars, no nightclubs in Turnuc.

Turunc is a great little place. Perfect size.
Turunc is a great little place. Perfect size. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Some really nice places to eat. Good range of well stocked supermarkets. Boat taxi to Marmaris. Day trips on boats where you can swim. Not too brash, lively enough for us. Friendly people, many spoke English. Great views of the mountains. Nice beach.

A very chill little fishing village that has been turned into an equally chill little resort town. None of those annoyingly huge resort chains there, mostly boutique and B&B's dotting the beaches which make it perfect.

Turunc is a little oasis of tranquility on the busy Marmaris...
Turunc is a little oasis of tranquility on the busy Marmaris coast. The crystal clear turquoise waters and the dramatic mountain backdrop make the place very unique. There is a handful of restaurants, shops and bars, a kids playground and public and private beaches in town, all accessible by walking.
Turunc can be accessed by a steep and rather dangerous mountain road by car or bus from Marmaris; alternatively, there are boats that charge 3 Eur per person and the journey takes around 50 minutes.

Myself and daughter were staying in marmaris and got a taxi boat to Turunc for 300 Leera each and decided to stay over for the night, The host was very friendly, and the Turkish breakfast was exceptional, literally 2 min walk from the beach and everything close by
