The house is very very big, super clean and very modern. It has 2 floors each with a living room. It has two bathrooms for greater comfort and 3 bedrooms (one even themed for children). All rooms have heating so the climate inside the house is ideal. It really is an incredible place to be able to rest and even be able to work remotely and take advantage of getting to know the beautiful city of Fez.
Located in the centre of Moulay Idriss, this guesthouse offers a rooftop terrace with views of the surrounding mountains and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, located 5 km away.

We received a warm welcome with the perfume of incense. The lady showed us the room, there was drinking water, free wifi, heater, hot water, electric bed warmer and a cozy atmosphere. We booked a donkey to visit Volubilis and we received all the support needed to visit the small city of Mulay Idriss. Position is easily reachable from the taxi parking.
Located in Moulay Idriss Zerhoun, Dar Ines provides a shared lounge. The property features mountain and garden views, and is 3.8 km from Volubilis. The guest house has family rooms.
Dar Zerhoune is not too far from parking opportunities in town. Locals will offer to transport your luggage on donkey’s back if needed. The house has an artist vibe about it yet has preserved beautiful ceiling in our bedroom. Rose, the owner, is also involved in charitable projects. Meals are taken on the rooftop offering a beautiful view of the valley. Worth having dinner there as the girls are superb cooks. Finally, artisan soap in the bathroom was a nice eco friendly touch.
Don‘t expect beautiful rooms or new matresses. The top terasse offers great views.
Also good water pressure (for Marokko) and very hot shower (even at 8pm). The aircon also can be turned to heat and the room was nice and warm (very important in winter).
Be aware that you have to walk to the hotel which probably would be annoying with large luggage.
An authentic house full of antique furniture and stuff. A nice breakfast served by smiling staff. A fantastic view of the mountains. Zakia is a professional guide leading tourists in the area. She is hosting guests in her family's house. A very positive business woman with passion to help. We enjoyed staying at her place. All the best to her.
Aziz went out of his way to make us feel at home. Lovely breakfast. Aziz even got up extra early so we could get to Volubilis very early.
Immaculately clean bedroom and bathroom.
Excellent location. Perfect place.
cozy place, quiet inside, nice terrace with view. Assia makes really delicious kofte tajine, best in Marocco so far! convenient location for grand taxi to Meknes and footpath to Volubilis.
