The beach is amazing, well maintained and clean.
The beach is amazing, well maintained and clean. There were good facilities, with toilets and drinking water available to re-fill bottles. The town was a short walk, with plenty of in dependant shops and worth visiting. There are many attractions in town, but also good transport links to other areas, making Weymouth a good base for a longer holiday.

Weymouth seems to have a nicer end and unfortunately a more run down end. The pavilion end has some beautiful buildings, quirky little streets and shops. Nice food outlets. The beach is beautiful. The other end definitely needs some regeneration allot of boarded up buildings looking quite sad and run down, that obviously once were lovely.

Traditional English seaside experience.
Traditional English seaside experience. The Esplanade is sun, sea, and fun for familes, with the oh so cute fishing harbour just minutes away. Whether you want excellent fresh fish dinning or a very affordable family experience Weymouth is ideal. Regular buses offer you the chance to experience local areas of natural beauty and a heritage sites. The customer service in shops and restaurants is so warm and friendly. The ebike cafe stands out in this respect.

The beach and harbour area lovely, the town not so nice.
The beach and harbour area lovely, the town not so nice. Too many teenage drunks and drug abusers on the streets at night. Very loud and noisy. It has good bus links to others places of interest. Most accommodation is b and b only so restaurants, cafes and bars overcrowded in evenings. More suitable for young families who like fairgrounds and amusement arcades.
Breakfast was nice but had to fill in a form which was very poorly written. Only one piece of bacon, one sausage, one egg, one tomato! Not a very hearty breakfast.
Spent ages trying to find parking and ended up miles away dragging bags back to the hotel. Only after I had booked did it tell me parking was fully booked and I looked specifically for somewhere with parking.
On arrival we had a warm welcome from Chris and Jackie, Our room was amazing, it was actually much better than the pictures online and with the bonus of a roof terrace.
Breakfast was fantastic lots of choice and served very quickly,
