Nice beaches and plenty of walks which we did. Great fresh air and exercise I like the Fife area. Our aunt and cousin's live in the area and we normally come up twice or three times a year to visit them and meet up.

Having lived in the Leven area for 20 years it was lovely to come back and realise how beautiful it is. It is ideal for families on holiday as it isn't crowded and there are lots of activities for the children and adults

Not a lot to do in Leven itself, the precinct was pretty drab. The Windsor pub was fine for a blether with the locals. Base pizza was fine. Nice golf courses and decent food in the clubhouse. Beach was pretty good, not busy. Plenty small villages with character along the coast to visit, then the busy St Andrews ,with plenty shops, a bit of a fight for a parking spot. Will return at some point.

This is clearly a holiday resort with a good beach and two small arcades. The town has a number of closed shops but the facilities for local people appear to be good and I think they have a pride in the place. It is convenient for exploring further along the Fife coast; I visited Anstruther, St Monans and Pittenweem. The people I spoke to were all friendly. It is also on the Fife coastal path. It is also easy to access the road back to Edinburgh.

    This was a nostalgic trip.

This was a nostalgic trip. It would make a family holiday as beach is beautiful and you can walk for miles to East Neuk and further. (Fife Coastal Path). Waterworld, Cinema and Letham Glen(Park). It is still recovering as everywhere is at the moment but hopefully get back to normal. Easy to get to St. Andrews and Dundee and Edinburgh(1 hour).

Wonderful little guest house in Leven-Fife, with access to nearby shops and amenities. Right next to the sea with a 30 second stroll to a beautiful view across th water. The service was fantastic as Carrol di a wonderful job of settling me in and accomadating an early breakfast after driving up from Birmingham. Lots of street based car park space, very quiet rooms, warm, great light but great options for shutting out the light for a decent nights sleep. Overall a great experience, and excceptional value for money, with great service as well.

Excellent value for money. Hosts couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Comfortable, spacious and clean accommodation. Pet friendly. Many extras you wouldn't get in a luxury hotel. Great lounge available for guests use with sea views over the bay. Amazing breakfast, great choice of cooked dishes and quality ingredients. Far exceeded all our expectations, would stay again without hesitation.

We used the bar/restaurant for our breakfast the morning after it was good apart from the toast it was to hard we didn’t get the offer of bloomer bread or sourdough like others got so I’m guessing we got sour dough. Some kind of discount would be good for people staying in the hotel and paying for breakfast would be good to. When we waited to be seated we weren’t asked if we were hotel customers.
